Last night my husband and I ordered sliced meat from the deli. We would just like to say that the sales associate working in the deli had excellent customer service. She was very friendly and catered to our needs. She made sure the deli meat was sliced exactly the way we wanted it. Please make sure she gets recognized for her excellent customer service. We strongly believe that when we write reviews on how sales associates interact with customers whether the review is good or bad that staff member should be recognized. Why? It encourages other staff members to give their very best at on their jobs as well.

Ordered a tea sandwich platter over a week ago to pick up today for a late Christmas party. Went to pick them up and they didn’t have them ready and said the order was misplaced and that if I gave them 10-15 minutes they would have them ready. I just said okay because I had no other option because we needed the sandwiches for the party. I come back 15 minutes later and they still were not ready. It took more like 30 minutes and then they proceed to tell me they don’t have any lettuce for the sandwiches. No one ever said they were sorry for any of this and it’s very frustrating because we were late to our family party and then we had to go and buy lettuce after it was supposed to be included in the price of the sandwiches. I understand mistakes happen but not going to leave a good review when it was not earned.
