Stood at register to place order forever. Lady saw us standing there. Then finally said she will have to you down here to place order. So moved to the register at the pickup area and lady was rude again and said no she will have to get you at drive through. She was busy too so we just left. Tired of rude people. She could have politely told us I am sorry but we are shorthanded and we will be with you shortly. A little niceness would have went a long way. First and last visit.

Great food, slooowwwwww service.!We were 4th in line in the drive through and it took at least 20 minutes. There seemed to be several people working the food service line but very few actually preparing food. The staff needs more trailing.

We just made an order for our family it took a good 45 min from the placement of the order until the food was recieved, they forgot an order of fries so we went back in to get the fries, we live about 5 min drive away. Got the food home an one of the sandwiches which is called a meat mountain was ice cold literally felt like they took out of the fridge an bagged it, drove back over to get it fixed an was told they can’t do anything since it’s been an hour and 8 min since we placed the order. Well thats your fault since about 45 min of that time was waiting for our food. So we didn’t get a sandwich that we paid 14 dollars for. Absolutely ridiculous! Manager and crew member were very rude!

This Arby’s needs some major change first off walking in I noticed 3 kids laying in the booths and then I went to the bathroom and OMG it was so nasty paper all on the floor just a mess I knew then I was not eating there and as I was walking out a worker (mom to the kids) was asking all the kids what they wanted to eat. Like Arby’s turned into a daycare now.

Ordered a burger and meat was extremely pink and raw. Also ordered it plain and it came with everything on it. Also ordered 2 other sandwiches for my kids and they didn’t eat it because they weren’t made correctly. All around horrible experience. Spent over $50 dollars and half the order was wrong. Will NOT be ordering here again.
