My 1st time here. Wow! They had so to choose from & the service was on point. Great selection of salad items, multiple meat options, and soul food plus Chinese. The tea was sweet. The food was a little bland but edible. Will return for a 2nd try.

I visited this place with my oldest sister for her birthday this month. It was on a Sunday and the place was packed. The line was very long to the buffet but they were moving quickly. The atmosphere was very busy and everyone seemed to be excited. The food was very good and hot and there was such a verity of everthing. The servers were great in doing their jobs waiting on the customers, refilling drinks, removing used dishes, cleaning and wiping tables and all with a smile. Everything was wonderful and my time there with my family was great. My sister enjoyed her meal and especially the Peach Cobbler. All 5 stars and smiles on her behalf and that is what mattered to me. Good service, food, love and smiles. I will be visiting again, soon and when I can. This is a great place to get really great soul, country and local restaurant day food and all you have to do is get there and enjoy, the rest is history. Thank you, Chow Time

Brought my son with me to chow time buffet & grill our first time here. Let me just say the food here is simply amazing!! The food is very tasty and mouth watering. It’s Chinese food mixed in with soul food so literally the best of both worlds. Just my opinion you couldn’t ask for better tasting food. The atmosphere is lovely people smiling laughing and having fun together. ITS BEAUTIFUL!! I wish restaurants had this old school feeling where everyone of all ages can have fun and nobody is worried about anything!! It really is a lovely time!!

Good restaurant. It’s a mix of soul food and Chinese. I took a star away because they have no ice cream. Everything else taste fresh. I was in there eating like a big back Shirley.

Had a great experience. food was so great and made me cheat on my diet. And I can honestly say no regrets for cheating. I like that the buffet was clearly set up where you could tell where the Chinese side of it was and where the American Southern style food was plenty of options. If you can’t find something here that you’d like to eat, then you’re just too picky.

Most of the food was really fresh. Pretty much everything we tried was good. We arrived at 11:00 when they opened so everything was nice and hot. The floors were sticky. The place is very dated. There was an extremely large aquarium beside our table empty. It looked like it had been empty for a very long time. The floor was not clean under the tables. The cushions on the seats were not clean. It makes me doubt the cleanliness of the kitchen when the dining area is that dirty. The server was nice, but she was on her phone/earpiece with someone most of the time. The price was great at $13. They really need to work on cleaning this place up and remodel. I noticed the server taking empty plates away and liquid from the plates was just dripping everywhere on the dining area floor.

I genuinely do not know how this place has 4.2 stars. It’s a Chinese buffet that has more “Southern Cooking” than Chinese food, half of it is cold, the other half just wasn’t that good, and I could tell almost everything I ate was frozen. I am pretty upset that I paid $46 for overpriced garbage for me and my wife. Oh, and to top it all off, the waitress made me show her my receipt before she would even take our drink orders.
The actual restaurant itself was pretty dirty. There was some kind of weird black stuff on all of the yellow walls in the foyer. Floors were dirty too.
I don’t expect the world when I go to a Chinese buffet, but I expect much better than what I received for $46. I will not be returning and do not recommend this “Chinese” restaurant. I should’ve just gone to Panda Express.

We came in last minute and grabbed carry out. Overall it was cheap and the portions are big enough for left overs. The selection could be bigger but still it’s not expensive

This is always our date spot for me and my husband! We love the food, service and the atmosphere. They always seat us in the same seats / my husband has a little OCD going on and the same seats makes him happy!! They always greet us with cheerful smiles .. The food is always good and hot and the service is top of the line better than any other. You won’t be disappointed!
