We tried this restaurant Mexican for the first time, following all the good reviews. It was overall a good experience but it does not deserve a five star rating because the burrito, which is a standard for this kind of restaurant, was disappointing. Too much rice, not enough of the rest. So yes, it was copious, but tasteless. We also tried the pork ribs with red salsa sauce and it was very good, probably because listed as house dish. In general, I would recommend this place because the quality of the food is good but avoid burritos if they keep the same recipe.

We placed an order this evening and were very happy with the food. It was delicious, authentic, and super fresh. We placed an order for birria tacos, Barbacoa, a combination ranchera and also a chorizo torta. All of the food was delicious but the birria tacos were my favorite. They were so full, tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to order take out or if you want somewhere local to eat.

I’ve been a regular at this establishment, visiting about 3-4 times a month. No matter the time or day, it’s always empty, and I’ve continued to support them intentionally. However, after my experience today, I will not be returning.

This time, I asked for an additional lime wedge, and to my surprise, they wanted to charge me for it. I understand that businesses need to make a profit, but nickel-and-diming loyal customers feels unnecessary and ungrateful.
When I mentioned my issue to the woman at the register, her response was simply, “Nothing is free.” Message received. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. It’s baffling to lose a customer over something as trivial as a lime wedge. But at the end of the day, I prefer to spend my money where my business is appreciated and it’s clear that’s not the case here. With this kind of attitude, I doubt they’ll last long.

The best Mexican food in the area. It’s all fresh and their salsas are great. We get the molcajete to split for two and always have leftovers. Portions are large and the service is always so friendly. Love coming here!
