I mean it’s Chipotle, you can’t really go wrong with the food and they’re pretty consistent with the quality. I have had burnt chicken on a few occasions at this specific location.
However, some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and depending on who serves you that day, you may get a VERY skimpy portion. And don’t even get me started on the prices.. not always worth it with the amount of food you get.

Amazing food, great service, and a well thought out dining room. Tractor drinks are to die for. Amazing flavors in each one. Offers all kinds of salsas along side free sides like corn, cheese, pico de gallo, etc. great prices for the size given. Enough food in each entree to serve two. Kids meals are perfectly priced and offer far more than you pay for. All workers show friendliness through words and actions. Extremely thankful to be located near an amazing restaurant such as this Chipotle. Will most definitely be my go to!!

I wanted to recognize two individuals who absolutely made my day by their commitment to excellent customer service that far exceeded industry-standard. Zach and Nora (and the entire team on Friday, 10/31/25) put together the most incredible catering spread that I’ve ever seen from Chipotle. What’s more is that they were so happy to serve me. They made me feel valued and really special. I walked out of the restaurant feeling like a million bucks. Moreover, my customers absolutely loved the display. Thanks folks!

Arrived at the location at 9 pm , 1 hour before closing waited in line for 10 min . For my surprise they are out of every protein except sofrito i asked them if they could make some chicken or steak amd they said no and just laugh about it . At that point i just left with a very sour taste on my mouth . Im a regular customer to these location and i feel like if you guys are not going to have any protein after 9 because they already cleaned the grill why dont close at 9pm instead of 10. Not a good look chipotle !

UPDATED July 15, 2025: Over the years things have changed. What used to be a ‘regular’ bag of chips (a small brown bag 1/2 filled with chips) is now “LARGE” because they put a sticker on it. 🙂 And a ‘regular’ bag of chips would fit in an individual Lays bag you buy from the vending machine. SOOOOOO now, buying a “Large Chips and Guacamole” costs $8.60 … which even for the convenience is a lot to pay for the equivalent of two small bags of grocery store chips and an (admittedly quite large portion of guacamole).
Moreover, as times have changed, Chipotle now caters to ‘uber’ type drivers over their regular paying customers — EVEN after the store opens. To Chipotle’s credit, they have specific hours (10am-10:45am) for ‘uber’ type drivers, but then then the store does open for the general public, the ‘uber’ style drivers still get first service.
Finally, we ordered a ‘quesadilla’ … which you can ONLY do through the App. So far so good. We’ll the app took our order, and our money, and we waited 15 minutes while the first 15 or so regular customers and 3 ‘uber’ style drivers were served, until I finally had to ask where our order was, which had been put in before the store opened, and were told that the ‘quesadilla machine’ is broken, so we’d need to select something else. WHAT is a quesadilla machine? A flat top grill and a spatula. You’d think, that with all the commercials showing the people cheerfully cooking the chicken and ’steak’ on the flat top grill, Chipotle would know how to cook the single most simple Mexican dish possible … the Quesadilla … without a ‘machine.

Restaurant eas dirty. Tables not wiped. Very uppity behind the counter. Nothing friendly about this store. Tried to give small portions and angry when asked. Nora was at the checkout and angry when asked for the receipt.

I’ve never been to a Chipotle before, and this will be my first & last time to the franchise. I ordered a steak burrito, with cheese, lettuce & rice. Where’s the steak? It was literally all cheese & rice with a tortilla. The fact it was almost $15 too is also baffling. Thank God I had a gift card and didn’t spend my own money here.

Chipotle is always amazing they hooked it up on the cheese today my steak quesadilla is super cheesy. they do require face masks and they are doing the social distancing. There is spots to sit down and the bathroom is still available to use. It feels like a regular Chipotle experience. The staff is very nice

I went in and it was decently steady. I was the last person in line. Got two bowls and a side of chips and queso spent $45 rice was crunchy, meat was dry, there was hardly any cheese very disappointing
