Man. Drove 6 miles in the driving rain and all I can think about was that chocolate drizzle on top of the whipped cream in the hot mocha which I always ask for. No 20% tip next time!!!

I always ask for the same drink, they always manage to mess it up. It’s a pink drink with extra coconut milk and I ask them politely to shake it well cause the drink curdles and they never do it! Also they charge for lite ice despite the Starbucks in Asheville not charging for it. When is the one across the street going to open? Because it’s ridiculous. You can clearly tell which drink I got from the Patton Ave location and the one from there!

My experience is a new Starbucks on my end of town. Very exciting. Yet… My first impression is a bunch of college age kids who are not happy to be there. No eye contact, and very cold shoulders almost unanimously (the young lady who took my ordet at the register was exceptionally nice). I ordered a salted caramel 16oz soy latte. The cashier and I BOTH said the word “hot”. The drink came out iced. They remade it with whole milk. I asked about the milk and the dark haired boy didn’t look me in the eye, he just rolled his eyes and nodded as if I was bothering him. People have allergies and are lactose intolerant and their milk orders should be priority #1. It was a waste of $8 and made me sick from the half I drank. I understand this isn’t Trump Tower’s starbucks, or in a passionate coffee city like Seoul Korea, but this is poor quality control based on the employees alone. This is due to bad management: (1) bad leadership (2) poor hiring (3) low quality morale.

Terrible two girls obviously didn’t know what they where doing order a white mocha frap nothing special first attempted made it with out coffee second attemp tasted straight like expresso shots. And on top of that claimed they ran out of whip cream. Then the girl behind the counter tried arguing with me about the drink after I clearly heard he asking her coworker how to make it that it was right when I simply asked for my mo ey back kinda of pathetic

A WNC strong banner? “We’re back”?! Seriously Starbucks, get out of here. We have amazing local coffee shops that are so much better than Starbucks in every way. All Good Coffee and Yellow Mug are just minutes away, go give your business to people who really deserve it. That’s WNC strong.

I can not wait until the Starbucks across the road opens. This is the second time we have come at 6.30 and their cold bar is shut even though they don’t close for hours.
You will see from other reviews they do this to other people.
Ridiculous. Starbucks please take their franchise license. Never have I been to another Starbucks even inside Ingles that does this.
