Every time I my family visits this location, there’s always an issue. This time, I called ahead to order two deep-dish pizzas, specifically requesting the true deep-dish with a thick crust. In the past, they’ve tried to pass off two personal pizzas as deep-dish, which are noticeably smaller and thinner. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again—I ordered and paid for a product I did not receive.

To make matters worse, the attendant acted as if it wasn’t a big deal and tried to convince me that the two products were the same. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is frustrating. I expect to get what I pay for, and unfortunately, this location continues to disappoint.

This restaurant is in serious need of new management. A basic pepperoni pizza takes 15–20 minutes, which defeats the purpose of “Hot-N-Ready.” I visited on a Saturday, and neither the open sign nor the drive-thru sign was on. I had to check Google to confirm they were open. When I pulled up to the window, a young employee informed me that nothing was ready and it would be 10–12 minutes. I’ve now been waiting 20 minutes.

I also mentioned the issue with the sign, and he simply said “okay”—but it’s still off. During my wait, I watched multiple cars drive away after finding out there’s no food ready. If you’re going to promote “Hot-N-Ready,” the management needs to make sure the store can actually deliver on that promise.

Tuesday May 9th 5:42pm I ordered a stuffed crust with Bacon, black olives, and banana peppers. I also ordered an order of Italian cheese bread. Was told at first it would be ready at 6:00pm. Then was told 6:20 PM before the end of the call. I arrived, waited until 6:20 PM to go inside. I was told they are short staffed and running behind. I paid and was told my order would be brought to my car when it was ready. I sat and waited until 6:50pm and decided to walk in and check on what was going on. The door was locked… So I got back in my car and pulled up to the drive thru to ask if my darn pizza was done. The kid grabbed it from the hot box…no idea how long it had been ready…and said “sorry about that.” So 6:58 PM now pizza in hand. I drove off, got home to find that instead of banana peppers there were pepperonis… I called the store and the ‘manager?’ that answered was apologetic, but blamed the mistake on the new guy working the line…after that call I reviewed the receipt to find that the manager who took my order on the phone had charged me for Pepperonis, Bacon, black olives, AND Banana peppers. Though somehow I didn’t get banana peppers, I did get pepperoni that I didn’t ask for but apparently paid for… This is a wreck. If you are so short staffed that you become overwhelmingly incompetent, CLOSE YOUR STORE!!

I’ll be contacting the owner of this establishment.

Told me they stopped making a pizza that’s still on the menu and available to order online… If you didn’t want to make it; Cool. Tell me you don’t feel like it instead of treating me like i’m rude for asking. The bread is ROCK HARD almost every time I go here. Would rather make the drive to the Little Caesar’s in Athens.

We called two days ago to place an order with the general manager for a get together. We had 10 pizzas and two sides. We pull up to pick up our order and there’s notes all over the door saying closed. Never bothered to call and tell us anything so we had a back up plan! Will never do business with them again. I’ll go to Loudon from now o. That manager is sling g out pizzas in 30 minutes because of Madisonville mess up.

I ran upon the reviews on this little Ceasars, and the complementary ones must be related to these people or oblivious to what a pizza should look like or even taste like. One thing that is true and stands out for me is WHERE IS THE SAUCE? When you get your pizza all the cheese, sauce and toppings are in the middle of the pizza! You hava about three inches all the way around the pizza that has nothing but bread! That’s not counting the crust! Its horrible. My daughter in law had her daughters birthday party in Athens at the bowling alley. When she told me they ordered pizza from little Ceasars, I said oh no, there pizza is horrible! Her response was, o no mom, this is from Athens and there pizza is so.much better than madisonville. Well, after eating, that turned out to be true! Maybe the madisonville little Ceasars Manager should go get some lessons from the Athens store. I have to say, Athens was pretty amazing. Hopefully it wasn’t just a lucky day for them lol. Save your money or go to Mackey Ds if u really hungry.
