We decided to go here, since it was closer than 5 guys. Probably should have made the drive. While the place was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly, the food was not so great. We ordered 2 burgers, one medium sand one extra well done. The medium was very rare and the extra well done was still pink, and not charred on the outside at all. The fries were good.

Best place for turkey burgers! Great customer service and delicious milk shakes. The place is super clean always and the sweet potatoes fries are fantastic. I recommend this place for families or anyone who also wants to maintain a healthy diet. They also cater to vegan and vegetarian too.

I am very happy I tried this establishment. The milkshake is my favorite. Similar to McDonald’s but done with vanilla bean. For the plain jane vanilla lover’s like myself. They make a great turkey burger. The patty is refreshingly light and great tasting. I also tried the spicy shrimp burger. I can definitely do without the spice, pretty good burger nonetheless. The fries were reAlly good as well. All in all I give this three snaps in Z formation. Check it out!

The food is good but I was disappointed to see that my favorite burger was removed from the menu. I don’t eat beef so this had been one of my favorite places to get burgers because they had interesting and unique turkey and chicken options. I ordered something different which was fine but basic. I won’t be going out of my way to go back. I can find a decent enough basic turkey burger somewhere else. The draw for me here was a specific sandwich which isn’t offered anymore.

Upon arrival, we weren’t greeted, nor asked if we were first timers. It wasn’t busy; the teenage cashier was over it.
The burgers are fresh, but lacked salt. The description on the menu and the price will have you expecting this huge burger. I was underwhelmed. The french fries and sweet potato fries were amazing!

It was my first time at Burger21. It was definitely an excellent experience! I had the Shroom burger. It was delicious!! The staff was great, the service was wonderful. My kids took me there and I’m really not a burger person, but I was blown away..the burger tasted fresh and not frozen. I will definitely go back and let others know about this Great place!!

Super helpful staff. We enjoyed our burgers, but wish we had been told ahead of time that the meat seasoning doesn’t have to be added because it was too salty for us. Also you don’t have to get the butter toasted bun with the butter on it it. That made it too salty for us. We will be coming back, the burgers were cooked perfectly.

The burgers and hot dogs are great with a side of overflowing fries. They have not disappointed in the 3 visits that we’ve been here. They also play nice music and the employees are courteous and friendly. My only minor issue was that it is cold inside so I recommend bringing a lightweight jacket if you plan on dining in .
