The Carmel bites are ridiculous, online does not tell you how many you get for $2. You get four tiny pieces that are 1/4” think and maybe 1” square. The vanilla milkshake with fruit added (strawberries) is really a strawberry milkshake. They do not have fruit to add it is only a puree that must be mixed into the vanilla shake. Very poor menu design. If I wanted a strawberry milkshake, I would’ve ordered one, but that’s the only way they can provide the fruit for the vanilla shake. So save yourself the fruit charge and just order a strawberry milkshake. The burger was decent, but we never go back.

Unbalanced
The whole experience was terrible first even just ordering i had to repeat my order multiple time and the speaker was getting angry with me even though I was just trying to tell him the same thing over and over again and he said *I don’t understand that you need to say again* I mean if you are having trouble hearing me maybe say sorry or get someone who can listen better working the drive thru.

Next I pull up and pay for my 2 shakes and then proceed to wait 20 minutes to get my first shake not mixed by the way just caramel and vanilla unmixed and then wait another 10 minutes for A SHAKE it’s not call a restraunt it’s fast food and 2 shakes should not take 30 minutes and be unmixed. Also there was no one in the line when I pulled up by the time I left there was a train or cars and it was taking so long that’s people ended up leaving…. worst experience I’ve ever had with sonic

Went through the drive thur, we could understand hardly anything she was saying with all 4 of us attempting to translate. At the window, the guy took our card for payment and we tried t o ask a question as well as tell him we were tax exempt but he closed the window before we could complete the sentence so he had to return twice. Onion rings we ordered were old and tasteless so we threw them away. This was our 2nd time to visit this Sonic. I think next time instead of the drive-thur, we will try the drive-in and see if that will work better.

Got drinks for pickup. Customer service was great. Only thing I don’t like is having to use a redeem code online so you can’t do any other offers. Not locations fault though.

If I could give zero stars to this location it would be more accurate. A simple order turned into such an ordeal today. Their employee attempted to short change me, gave me the incorrect food THREE TIMES; and when I asked to correct these issues to be told “I don’t have time for this.” The managers only response was to ask me what they could do to fix it. Maybe comp the meal for the entire disrespectful interaction and failure to execute properly? Nothing was done in the end and I left with still incorrect food.

Even though fast food is scraping the bottom of the bucket to begin with, avoid this location as it really is the bottom of said bucket.

We frequent Sonic almost daily during the summer, and this is by far, the most unreliable Sonic location. We always order our drinks via the app and pick-up. Some days, everything goes smoothly. But more often than not—as is the case right here, right now—we are left to wait for 23 minutes (and counting) for 2 limeades. This is insane. Please staff your location appropriately. It stresses everyone out, and for sure drives both customers and perfectly hardworking employees away.

I hope there is a recording transcript for ordering. Unfortunately at the time the car hop takes my order, the neighboring stall had a huge truck start that also hit the menu. Instead of trying Tristen, she continued to ramble random menu options in a condescending tone.
. I’m sure the property owner would want their staff to be more patient and to hear that their drive thru menu was being hit by a truck….

Pulled up at 9:30 last night. Nobody in line. Nobody responded on the drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes before we got frustrated and started yelling “hello?”. Finally someone said “one moment please” we waited 5 more minutes and nobody ever took our order. As we pulled away we could see the workers in the window laughing. It was my first time going to this sonic. I won’t be back and I see why it had bad reviews.

If I owned this franchise, I would be pissed. These people that you are paying are refusing to help customers and actively driving them away, and they think its funny. I will never come back. How many others have had the same experience just last night and didn’t bother leaving a review to tell the owner? They are costing you so much money if they do this all the time.

If you dont get more involved in overseeing your staff they will continue to undermine your business and destroy it, all while laughing at you and collecting a paycheck. Get on top of that before its too late.
