We enjoyed our dinner, the atmosphere is nice/warm/cozy. The Mediterranean appetizer was great. The steak & potatoes were great but something was definitely off with the broccolini. The steak is market price which was $67 when we visited.
We made a reservation about 30 minutes before we arrived and there were plenty available, but I’m glad we did as it was fairly full when we got there at 8pm.
We would visit again if we were in the area, but would not go out of our way just for dinner.

This was our first time to Bistro 19. I have to say that the food was fantastic. The restaurant is smaller in size with maybe 20 tables, so definitely consider a reservation. The waiter was friendly and did a nice job. The decor was also quite appealing as a renovated older building, they did a good job with it. We will definitely be back.

A busy small restaurant in Mt Lebanon, place is neat – I passed them several times finally came for the first time as my daughter really wanted a steak near our house. foods are better than average, but the overall taste and service is not worth the nearly $100 per person price we paid. We came as two without reservation, the other 2 who were 2 min before us and another 2 who were 2 min after us were both seated with a table while my daughter and I – two petite lady were put on the high top bar with high stool. I did see available table for walk in but just need a little bit time to get prepared; I would prefer they could have asked us if we want to wait for a bit for a table or sit by the bar without waiting – which was pretty common in other restaurant. Bar tender was nice but she was too busy to really take care of us. Maybe a mom with a daughter does not look like we gonna spend $100/person. Overall – if you want to spend $100 / person for a meal – there are many better choices.

We went for Valentine’s Day and were excited when we saw the featured entree was lamb. Unfortunately, not only was the lamb a bit tough, but there was barely any of it. It was four tiny lamb chops with maybe 2 chewy bites of meat on them each. The sides were ok, although my wife subbed some rice due to a garlic allergy that was very dry. They were nice enough to take the meal off the check, but we left still hungry and prior to that the manager tried to sell us on how the lamb was “New Zealand” lamb and somehow that was supposed to impress us or explain it. Very disappointed, especially given that was a “Featured” meal on a holiday at what is by no means a cheap restaurant.

My wife and I came here for her birthday last week. She had been but it was my first time. The restaurant has a very open layout, we were seated right away since we had a reservation. Our waitress informed us there were no specials this Sunday night but we both saw quite a few options on the menu. (Pic below).
The calamari was very flavorful. All the dishes had excellent flavors (that you would not of originally thought…they were more Asian inspired flavors ).
The Scallops and Angel Hair was very good, and I loved the sauce made to go with the dish. My wife loved her Chilean Sea-bass.
We got a complimentary bananas foster for dessert. It was good. Overall it was a very nice dinner and the few cocktails we had before dinner came were

Went here for a birthday Sunday brunch. The food was great. Highly recommend the avocado toast! However, the service was very slow and something was happening with the staff that made everyone edgy. We heard f-bombs from the kitchen and the bartender swearing at the manager complaining about their system being down. Overall, worth the trip for the food but the service and vibe were off and it put a damper on what we hoped would’ve been a nice way to start a birthday.

This is a very solid lunch and dinner spot. Prices and menu reflect the quality food ad service. The food arrives in a decent time frame, though I have been to many places that had much quicker service during the early (1PM) afternoon.
They serve only one flavor of cappuccino; plain, but is a very good choice.
I selected the biscuits and gravy so as to round out our party’s choices from the brunch menu. I found the biscuit a little on the dry side; even accompanied by gravy and over easy eggs.
The eggs were warm (I prefer hot), but the flavors all blended well for a really good meal. The brunch menu is sufficient and everyone agreed that the servings were ample.
I didn’t indulge in the brunch drinks, but the menu is great. Additionally, dessert doesn’t disappoint. I had the bananas foster Napoleon. It was fantastic!

F’burg Foodie
This place is rath plane and basic from the outside, but inside it’s very nice! Somewhat upscale (cloth napkins, etc), with a very creative menu, and excellent service. Came here for lunch with a coworker and really enjoyed the entire experience, from the food to the service.
Their fish sandwich is HUGE, with a fried cod filet on it that’s three times larger than the bun! The cheeseburger soup (which was the soup of the day when I stopped in) was creative, tasty and, really enjoyable! Save room for dessert though, they have an amazing dessert menu!
I would most definitely return and highly recommend stopping in to try it for yourself!

I made a reservation online before heading there Anniversary dinner celebration. We were greeted by the Male host rudely “ Can I help you “ (angrily, like we were trespassing). I guess that’s how they welcome a reservation . Our servicer wasn’t attentive made us wait 20 min to place our appetizer . We ordered A Bistro salad and a Bistro Burger . Food was delicious. We have been here before with my family service was attentive and very friendly before this occasion.
