Went through drive-through to get the full how to train your Dragon meal. did not get the ice cream and was told it wasn’t apart of the meal. It’s just ice cream so I wasn’t that upset about it but then I got home found the I didn’t get the flame mozz fries instead just got regular. Called they said it that it was rung up as a regular fry. I don’t want to complain because I work in fast food, but I find it very frustrating to spend $15 on the limited time order and it not be right.

This is the second time in 6 months I’ve ate here and it’s been messed up. The manager took my order I wanted to I believe his number five a double with cheese. So that being said I don’t know if it was the manager’s fault?? Or if it’s the person cooking my food that don’t know how to count. Not only that I ordered a Sprite, it was all carbonation. So obviously they don’t do their job there and check stuff. Pretty sad

Honestly, this is one of the best Burger Kings I’ve had. The fries are always hot and burgers are good. The service is fast and the servers are polite and courteous. They’ve never gotten our order wrong. I’ve never dined inside, only the drive-thru.
