I absolutely love this store! I have been coming to the store since the GM was in Boulder. Rosy is absolutely amazing and is a phenomenal manager. I really love their new AGM Chelsey, she is so nice and easy to talk to if I have any questions she has always helped me with my salads orders. The team that is at this store is so attentive, fast with their service, very helpful and friendly. They also just rolled out a new menu and I must say I am absolutely in love!. The transition was flawless. The ingredients are fresher and better quality and I am extremely obsessed with this new menu that they have. If that’s not enough the atmosphere is warm and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend coming to the store and getting a delicious fresh new salad.

I rarely leave reviews, but for the Mad Greens in Louisville, I have to make an exception. I’ve been a loyal, recurring customer for several years (at least 2x a week!), and they consistently deliver.
What keeps me coming back is the combination of healthy, flavorable food and the amazing staff. The team here is wonderful—they greet me by name and often offer fantastic suggestions for customizing my order, which I really appreciate. It’s a great feeling when you can rely on a place to not only let you customize but actively help you make it even better.
The service is always fast, the value is spot on, and the food is always fresh. They make eating healthy easy and enjoyable. What’s not to keep me coming back? Keep up the fantastic work!

Mad Greens in Louisville is the best salad restaurant!
I love their bowls, especially the Baja Bowl; it’s absolutely delicious! And if I have to talk about customer service, I’ll never get tired of saying that Ross and Chels are the best managers♥️They are always so friendly and polite when taking your order that you’ll want to come back a thousand more times. This place always offers delicious food and has an amazing atmosphere, perfect for all kinds of gatherings, and I love that!

Foodwise, it is just a salad, no magic, but I haven’t had anything that seemed bad, and they accommodate my one or two common modifications without complaint.
Really the nice thing is the staff. They’re all consistently lovely. Dropped my to go order today and lost half of it, and they remade it for me. Very kind of them, but not at all out of character from my interactions with them.

This store is second to none, the drive thru is perfect if you’re in a hurry, but the service if you go in is top notch. I got a pancho villa and while the lady that was making it was new and forgot a couple of things, who I’m assuming was the manager saw some ingredients were missing, they had it fixed before I even received it. They have a bunch of new menu items, and while I miss the old bowls they have a little something for everyone, the Mediterranean grain bowl my wife ordered was amazing I just wish they mixed them still. If you’re looking for something fast, healthy, and delicious in the Louisville area I would 10/10 recommend this place.

One of my most favorite healthy options in Louisville. Mad Greens has a selection of always fresh salads and wraps to choose from, including some specialty seasonal items (can’t wait for the berry boost to hopefully return this Summer!). The team members are great, always friendly, and there’s even a few that have my order basically ready the minute I walk in the door — special thanks to Rosie, Chelsey and Bea for their exceptional customer service! Highly recommend for a tasty, healthy option in Boulder County. ps – don’t forget the mad spice!

I love coming here, my food is always made perfect and the costumer service is always excellent. I’ve been going to mad greens for years, they’ve started adding more items to the menu recently which I think is great and I do love all the new items however, I do wish they continued mixing the bowls and kept a few of the old items. 10/10 experience every time.
