I keep getting reminded of why I don’t generally eat here. I ordered a single with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup. No lettuce and the fries are not fresh, almost stale. Why do they ask you what they can get started fresh for you if it’s not going to be fresh? The minute I paid my bag was being held out the second window. That doesn’t scream fresh, that screams “take your sub-par food and leave.” Very disappointed.

I was traveling through on my way back to Florida and I stopped at this Wendy’s just to pick up something fast and when I say this is the fresh this fast food I’ve ever had in my life everybody should take them for an example. It was fast. Everybody was polite and the food tasted like restaurant food NOT FASTFOOD!!! I’m not even exaggerating. I’m not want to put many reviews but this place is definitely a 10 out of 10 tour freshest burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Whatever they’re doing they’re doing a great job. Kudos to all of them.!!

I was traveling on my way back from NC stopped to get a bite. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We sat in the patio section. It was clean. The food however was not fresh and chicken was dry.

This was my first visit to a Wendy’s in probably ten years. I tried the new bacon, cheese, jalapeño burger. I ordered a double with a large iced tea.
My wait was brief and my burger was ready by the time I’d gotten my tea. The burger was nicely wrapped but sloppily constructed. The jalapeños were all on one side, as were the french fried onion rings that I didn’t realize were even part of the sandwich. The bacon pieces were really small and the combination of flavors wasn’t really all that pleasant. I think raw onion would have been better. The pickled jalapeños had little heat.
I’m glad I stopped. The burger was filling and the tea kept me awake for the rest of the drive home.

On the way home from visiting the grandkids, a 600 mile trek, I had a craving for a light lunch of chili. Was going to try a family diner in a small town in WV but suddenly saw WENDYS! Hadn’t been to one in years and their chili and crackers hit the spot! YAAY!!

My Wendy’s experience was above average. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. My Son of Baconator was a 4 out of 5. I wish the meat was warmer, but otherwise delicious. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the area. The restaurant, bathroom, and parking lot were clean.

Walk up and all doors are locked. Call the store. I’m standing there looking at staff and can see one of them say “He’s calling here.” Only for the phone to connect and be hung up.
I walk around to the drive thru.
“I don’t have enough people to run the front.”
That’s the reply I got when I asked to come in and order because we are in a 10ft tall ambulance.
“Oh, so I can stand out here in the cold and rain?”
My reply.
Well, my patient and his wife got their food. My driver got his. He came to see what the issue was and that’s him in the photo.
But Wendy’s won’t get a penny more than that. I’ll eat the peanut butter crackers that have been in my bag for a month before they make more money off of me.

I frequent this location when traveling and can say most of those the service has been really good. I wanted to point out Caleb who was working the drive-thru today (we came through at 4:48PM) truly was awesome. It’s rare that you come across a fast food employee who isn’t trying to rush you or comes off pushy. He was patient while taking our order which is always a plus especially when driving with a little one who can’t make up their mind and changes at the last second.
The part though that was going beyond for what most see as the average mood or personality of a young fast food employee, was the fact that he genuinely asked about our day, talked about the weather and made conversation while taking my payment. He certainly came off as an employee who enjoyed their job. Even my teenage son noticed and made a comment. So awesome job Caleb and continue to keep that awesome attitude!
