Ordered my food through drive thru tonight and ordered a double-double combo with a “sweet tea.” Unfortunately, the tea wasn’t sweet at all, so I gestured for the lady to switch my drink to a root beer soda. My burger was okay but didn’t taste fresh as it usually is when I patronize this location. My animal style fries looked and tasted as though they’d been sitting for a few hours before I got them. The service was great as the young lady Nadia smiled and was very kind and polite during my visit. I also loved that she washed her hands during my drink exchange as thats rare these days in various restaurants that handle food. Maybe the next visit will be better.

Went to In-N-Out for the first time eeeeeeeyuck ! Service was amazing. The young lady taking the orders outside was very respectful, but the fries were terrible. Tasted like they have been sitting out there for days. I should’ve returned it, but I didn’t realize it until I was off on the highway. Burger tasted fresh.. fries were just terrible! Put them right in the trash. Fries were so dry and stiff!

A great place to come to, and my family loves coming here even though it’s 15 minutes away from our home. The only thing I could say that isn’t too great is that they always forget the peppers I ask for… it’s the second time this has happened. Just make sure to ask or check if they’re inside other than that everything else is amazing. Edit; you can get the peppers in the lobby, idk if it’s always been like that.

First I want to say, i love In n Out, so i frequent this establishment any chance Im in a city that has one. I have always had exceptional service and food from them no matter what city or state Im in. Till this visit. The lady that took my order ruined my experience before I even received my food. The wait was long but I am used to that since they are always busy no matter the time of day. The lady frustrated me and Im sure she will do the same to others. Please keep your standards high when it comes to the staff. Everyone else was great as I have come to expect. This wont stop me from going again, i enjoyed my double and animal fries!

The food is usually good, but the last two times I could not get the smell of cat urine out of my nose hairs This location had a million cats outside of the restaurant and the smell comes through the car vents and makes you lose your appetite. Drive thru and parking lot needs washing down on a continuous basis.

My daughter went here today to get us a burger and fries. We always get raw onions. Unfortunately, our request wasn’t honored. She had to get the burgers remade twice and still they continued to put cooked onions on the burgers. In addition, the burger was burnt and soggy and the fries were cold. We’ve never had a bad experience with In & Out… to top it off, the lids on the soda cups fell off because they weren’t the right size..causing the soda to spill everywhere. I just couldn’t believe the order was wrong and disgusting after two tries…soda everywhere. My daughter asked repeatedly if the order was correct both times. I will go to the Arlington location next visit.. smh.
