Two girls working started yelling at a family who tried to go in saying it was going to take them twenty minutes to get through 3 people in line then kicked them out and locked the door stating they close at 8:30pm when the website says 9:00 pm. Very unprofessional and clear the two lady’s working just wanted to close early.

This place continues to disappoint me, last time I was here they gave my friend root beer with cookie dough instead of peanut butter with cookie dough like he asked. As well as that they gave us dirty spoons to eat our poorly mixed ice cream with, unbelievable. This time they closed the store early so we could only go through the drive through, and after we ordered they failed to tell has that we could only pay with cash and not card. They told us this with a malicious smile on their face, do they know human decency?
Mind you we had enough money to buy this crap.

Started going when Dairy Zone ( if you know you know) closed for the season. Every week its something with them, either not labeled, made correctly, forgetting items, or dont recieve our order because they are closed due to internet issues (on going for months now) AFTER TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. We spend almost $60 for our order just for something to happen. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Cold Stone is great ice cream! The service was friendly & the ice cream combinations feel like they have endless possibilities. They don’t have a very big area for seating, only a few small tables which can make it difficult to eat there when they are busy but it’s always delicious to eat!

The manger at this establishment was extremely unprofessional and rude. She started our order by putting us on hold for 10 minutes, then followed with calling the previous customer a “bastard”. As if that wasn’t enough she got mad when we drove off when we found out they were only taking cash and bills under $20, she leaned out the window to yell at me.

This place locked the front door 15 minutes before they closed the inside so the drive through was opened till 9:00 and it’s 8:18 pm so we sit in the drive through for 40 minutes and the person at the speaker was rude and told me to hurry up and order so I ordered and sat at the window for another 10 minutes and no one showed up so we had enough of the waste of time and the rudeness so we left. If I could give this place 0 stars I would instead of the one I had to select to write this comment

I was very fortunate to encounter Audra and Rissa tonight! They went above and beyond to deliver a delicious pineapple blueberry smoothie. They also sang to my friend for his birthday ❤️ Audra treated my friend to a happy birthday ice cream out of her own pocket Genuinely some of the nicest folks I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. This was my first time to a Cold Stone Creamery and I’ll definitely be back!
