Well, I love Mexican food. I eat it all over the country, from food trucks to restaurants. This was the only restaurant open so I decided to try it. The refried beans and salsa were very watery. The fajitas tasted good. They definitely weren’t the best I’ve had and there was quite a bit of gristle in the meat.I got steak but there wasn’t a lot of flavor. I ordered one chicken and one pork tamale. I could not taste the meat in them and they were very dry. Fajitas, one beer, and two tamales cost me $26 and some change. I think three stars is being generous. I hate getting bad reviews but when it’s deserved.

Delicious!!! No frills authentic Mexican restaurant. Perfect for lunch. Try the Agua Fresca of the day and the Torta Adobado. My Californian husband approved!!!

I love authentic Mexican street tacos so when we saw this place had opened we had to try it. We weren’t super hungry so my family just shared 3 steak tacos and a quesabirria. Probably some of the best steak street tacos I’ve had in awhile. The quesabirria was really good as well. Food came out super quick. We’ll be back to try other offerings. Highly recommend.

Authentic mexican food at a great price! It only cost me and my mom $24 to eat and both have a beverage. I had a burrito and for $11 it was huge I was only able to finish half of it and it was delicious. My mom had the quesabirria tacos and she said they were really good too! The only thing I suggest is they need to have some music playing as it was extremely quiet in there.

We came for our first visit, and I must say we will be repeat customers. The Bistec a la Mexicana was first rate. I had ordered the Carnitas and wasn’t let down, my wife had the prior and it was like a flavor explosion. It is a short menu but I feel like they put a great experience together for our little town. It was quiet and laid back dining.

Authentic Mexican food, everything we have ever ate there has been delicious. Great prices, and you can request spicy salsa. Wish there was a fountain drink machine but maybe someday there will be.
