Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

Kat greeted us as we walked in the door. She was very pleasant and complimented us on our food choices. I went to the counter three times for various needs I apologized for bothering her. She told me “you are not bothering me at all I’m glad I could help”. I would give her a 10 Star rating for excellent service. I hope review is shared with her.

Very slow service. We waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes for someone who just had ordered an ice cream cone. We got our order and they messed it up and gave us someone else’s order so thankfully they caught it before we left and the runway we had were undercooked and fell apart the instant you bit into one. The fries and onion rings were good and the staff was at least friendly so that was a bonus.

Clean dining room, friendly prompt staff, and fresh food. Ordered a chicken sandwich with all toppings and a B.L.T. Runza (fresh bread stuffed with beef, cabbage, & onion), borth with “frings” (fries & onion rings mix)
Topped it all off with a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. The cookies were so chewy and yummy!

Runza cheeseburgers are the best out of all the franchise burgers, as are their fries. I wish we had one closer to us in Colorado, but that just makes it that much more special. Good job ladies and gents, this is how a fast food place should be run.

1st time Runza customer here as we are from out of state. I ordered an Original Runza, a cheese Runza and a Blueberry Lemon Shake. Quick and friendly service! The shake was delicious but we were not fans of the Runza. If we lived in the area, we would certainly give them another try but order something different than Runzas.
