Very impressed with the amount of food they give you. You don’t leave hungry! Will eat here again. Very good! The shrimp size was large. Already half eaten by the time I took picture.

it was Friday night so it was a little busy but we didn’t have to wait but just a couple minutes for a table. waitress was good. I thought the teriyaki burger, onion rings and fried shrimp were really good. everything came out very hot and fresh. I really don’t have anything to complain about! of course different people have different opinions, different likes and dislikes.

Burger and wing restaurants with frozen hamburger patties. Catfish, okra and onion rings were good . Don’t waste your time with a Burger. The Patty is small, thin and dry. Just go on to Pal’s. Sad burger place with crappie frozen burgers.

Very friendly staff and our server provided great service but the food was a big disappointment. My cheeseburger and fries were not even as good as McDonald’s. Everything just tasted like it came frozen in a bag and they warmed it up.

Wings average. Good crispy outside but overcooked, very skinny, and just thrown In a bowl of sauce when done and served. Very good potential
Fries. Good. Crinkle cut fries.
Philly CHICKEN. Very good. Tender pulled chicken with good amount of cheese and peppers and onions. Not a big sandwich but best thing I got.
Issues: no hot sauce in bottle on table and apparently no sweetener. Brough my food out 10 minutes before wife’s..

We’re delighted to have a decent restaurant in Rogersville! Don’t get me wrong. There’s a few other great ones but this location is friendly with fast service, very professional, and the food is cooked perfectly. The parking lot was absolutely packed and the employees were still extremely accommodating. We had our first meal there and we will definitely be back. We had fried shrimp and hush puppies with french fries and jalapeño poppers. Every bit of our meal was very very good. Very satisfied and happy that they are open in our town.

We have been there twice. The first time we waited way too long for wings, fries and shrimp but the food was good. Service could have been better. We overheard the owner scolding employees. Second time was today. Half the menu is literally taped off with masking tape. Service (server) and wait time was great. Portions were big- burger, fries, chicken sandwich and very good. Prices are good atmosphere is a little “cold”. The owner was rude to a table next to us, the waitstaff and me when we paid the bill. She was rude the first time too but I wrote it off as being stressed.

The food was mostly better than three stars, but two things took it down, the onions and green peppers on a philly cheese steak should not be raw. they were. The Frys shouldn’t be soggy, and they were. Wings were great, and fully done, the sandwiches (other than the vegetables,) were great.
service, again, would have gotten a five but for one waitress, who was worthless, didn’t seem to speak English, dithered and got in our way as we were being brought to our table, couldn’t understand that someone had already gotten our order…
Then brought out our drink order, and got it wrong. Yes sprite is clear, and so is water… but damn.
The Atmosphere? Hey this place is just one step up from fast food, you really don’t expect much.
Our real waitress on the other hand, was great!

Have been twice now and both experiences were great. The first time we went at lunchtime. I ordered a grilled chicken salad which was amazing and very fresh. My husband got the boneless chicken wings which he said were amazing. The second time I tried the grilled shrimp. Best shrimp ever. My daughter and husband both got the burgers they both loved them. I have also tried the cheesecake my favorite dessert. The chicken tenders are so big and very good as well. Couldn’t ask for more friendly service. I just can’t understand some of these bad reviews. Some are absolutely uncalled for and very noticeable that this new restaurant is a threat to some in our small town. I will be back on a regular basis and recommend others to try it out.
