This is my third time coming here in every single time they have gotten it wrong. I only ordered three things and left a donation. I still can’t get what I paid for. I had to sit in drive through for ten minutes behind two cars to get the rest of my order. I received my order and the manager did not even apologize like come on. with a handful of sauce that I did not ask for or use….smh. the picture is my five layer burrito

This was the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The workers were rude from the beginning. The food was terrible. It tasted very bad and was made sloppy. The assistant manager was a completely terrible person. I was not rude to her at all and she started throwing things and screaming and cursing. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Some items were unavailable (not the fault of the employees on had), customer service was bare minimum borderline couldn’t care less, and food was barely filled with anything. Given how much it costs now to eat at taco bell, and its location in richmond hill, everything should be slightly better.

I have ordered from this place twice.
TWICE they have forgotten my hot & fire sauce.
The first time, okay maybe it’s a mistake.
The second time? No. That’s not a mistake. They just don’t care about good customer service and are not paying attention to orders placed for delivery.
Why? Maybe it’s because we customers can’t turn around and come right back to the window. Maybe it’s because they don’t out a face to the order.
BUT THIS SUCKS. When I order something, even from Taco Bell for delivery, I don’t expect the best but I at least expect to receive what I ordered.
The crunchy tacos are soggy.
The soft tacos look gross.
The fries are soft and chewy – they have absolutely no crunch to them.
The only good thing from my order was the cinnamon twists.

September 2024 I have come to this taco bell location here and there. Months in between visits. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A TACO BELL LOCATION WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE!!!
EVERY single order i have done here, has never been correctly done. Even when the manager has done my order.
Sitting area is quiet and calming. But damn! Can you hear the gossip and the drama of the workplace! Everything echos and you can hear them without raising their voices.
At least it’s clean for the most part.

I made a online order tonight and after 20 minutes and order still saying accepted, I started wondering if they might be closed. I came here and saw reviews. After reading several, I started to wonder if I really wanted to keep my order. Another 20 minutes and I decided to go to the restaurant to check on the order. Pulled up to drive thru and the gentleman told me orders don’t get started until customer arrives. I’ve always went to the Pooler location, after you submit order. it gets prepared and ready upon pick up. At the window the gentleman explained it to me. VERY KIND AND RESPECTABLE! NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING BASED ON REVIEWS. But still with reviews in mind once my order was in hand, I checked before leaving. All items were there. Got home passed out food to everyone. everyone was all in agreement food was hot,fulfilling, and better than the taco bell we always go to! SO DON’T LET REVIEWS DISCOURAGE YOU, MIGHT HAVE BEEN A OFF DAY NOT SURE BUT MY EXPECTATIONS WERE EXCEEDED TREMENDOUSLY! ORDERED 1/06/26 AT 11PM. DRIVE THRU WORKER .

You know, Taco Bell is what Taco Bell is. It’s a very affordable way to have a quick snack or meal. Nothing fancy. Fortunately, we chose a Taco Bell that was cleaner and more pleasant than most others. As to the latter characteristic, we found that Alex was instrumental in making our visit here ann enjoyable one. He was completely polite, super serviceable, and extremely welcoming! Thank you for bringing some much-needed kindness to our day!

We stopped here for lunch on our way back from Orlando and were severely disappointed. While the staff were courteous and the food was acceptable, the facility itself was poorly maintained. The restrooms were in such bad condition they were unusable, the trash cans were overflowing, the tables were sticky, and the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. As a frequent Taco Bell customer, this was easily one of my worst experiences; I hope the owner takes the time to reflect on these issues and corrects them.

The food was excellent, the staff were professional and polite. The restaurant appears clean. The drive-through line took a little longer than most places, otherwise i would’ve given five stars, but the service and quality of the food were worth it.
