We live near the casino here in Murphy and we always eat Panda Express when we come here. You get the most “bang for your buck” of anywhere in the food court and you just can’t go wrong with this chain. I have been eating at Panda for decades since I was a teenager back in the early nineteen nineties in my home state of California and have been ordering the walnut chicken since it was introduced and also the more recent teriyaki chicken since its introduction too. The orange chicken always finishes off my bigger plate trifecta. The whole staff serving and cooking at Panda is friendly and hard working but Amara is our favorite. She has been so friendly that it feels like she is almost a close childhood friend since we met her a few months ago. She and everyone else on the staff deserve a raise. Also Maritsa is our favorite cashier. She is super sweet and even when we are being rascals she always has a smile on her face and puts up with our antics graciously in the utmost and professional manner befitting of an exemplary employee.

Your normal Panda Express but they seem to be out of stuff all the time. This time they were out of noodles, shrimp and orange chicken.

This Panda Express is quite different from the rest, as it’s operated by the casino. Unfortunately, the food doesn’t measure up to the freshness you’d expect from other locations. However, it does offer extended hours that other Panda Expresses don’t, making it a convenient option if you’re in need of a late-night meal. Despite the less-than-fresh food, the extended hours could be a redeeming feature for those seeking a quick bite outside typical dining hours.

My wife had fried rice with Walnut honey chicken. She said it was very dry. The younger lady serving was very nice The older lady was rude unwelcoming and moved slower than a snail .

We live in Murphy, got hungry for Panda Express. The food was absolutely horrible. Definitely not Panda’s quality. It was during the dinner hour and just a few people eating in the food court. Will not be returning anytime soon.

Ever since Harrahs built this casino I’ve ate at the panda express. I always choose it over Nathan‘s hotdogs or the sandwich shop. Today while I was getting me a large, three entrée plate I asked the lady could I taste the spicy shrimp meal that they have. She would not even allow me to test that meal I turned and walked out and will never eat there again. Or any other Panda Express.

I just walked in from the parking lot to find Everything was Empty.
It will be 10 minutes to make more.
I get a bigger plate with 3 items.
I did Not feel like waiting around so I left.
P.S. I called several times only to get the casino, Not Panda. The casino could Not put me through. Panda does Not have a phone number.
** Lost my business.

I ate at Panda Express a week or so ago while staying at the Harrahs Casino in Murphy NC. When I ordered the Kung Pao chicken the order taker asked the cook if the Kung Pao was about “done”. He said yes. I was given my order but she did not tell me how much it was and walked away. That was the sickest I have been in a while. I know it was the food because I hadn’t eaten all day. I contacted the corporate office and haven’t heard a word from them. Stay far away from these people unless you like projectile vomiting
