I live this Starbucks! Great service, good drinks I usually get a grande strawberry açaí lemonade with peach juice no inclusions. I go here a lot so it’s lovely that they know my order when they see me it is a little pricey depending on what you get but that’s just Starbucks.

The customer service here could be improved significantly. I ordered a bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich. They gave me something with sausage on it. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I let them know and the girl that took my order starts repeating, “oh my god, am I stupid?” to her coworkers. Then another girl (with glasses) comes over and starts explaining to me that that there are two sandwiches with bacon on them so it’s easy to make a mistake (as if I had complained about a mistake being made. I hadn’t.) So I reply, “yeah, but what I got had sausage on it.” (Like, what she said wasn’t even relevant.) And then she snaps back, “I know – we’re getting you the right sandwich.” I work in customer service and that attitude would never fly where I work. Won’t return. No one needs to get in trouble but I do hope management speaks to their staff about providing better customer service.

I could already tell that this would be the best drink I’ve had since working at one myself. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with white mocha and vscf. It was beautifully and completely mixed and came out so quick! Buy your groceries first and get cash back to tip.‼️If you don’t have a dollar to tip for a drink you should not be getting a drink‼️ These people run a great kiosk and deserve an up to date oven! Safeway needs to do better for these people. Watched a family order 4 sandwiches I believe, and they were still coming out after the 3rd person was ordering. Corporate stores get taken care of with new equipment and there is no reason kiosks can’t have the same. Opportunitys for customers to be upset there isn’t a standard at all Starbucks’

Popped in for a white chocolate mocha on a freezing cold day. Service was friendly and lightning fast. The drink was delicious and much needed. It was followed by a very long rehearsal, and I benefited emotionally from the pick-me-up. Huzzah!

Can’t really rate the food or the atmosphere, when the girl behind the counter cut me off in mid question. I started to ask about the 50% off Wednesday after 12:00 noon cold drink, when she cut in and informed me they don’t accept those coupons or offers there, they are exempt! She wore a Starbucks apron, they had Starbucks cups, there was Starbucks all over the front of her kiosk however they don’t accept Starbucks coupons or offers. Before I said something I’d regret I turned and walked out. I did however report this to their corporate office and they said they will be having a discussion with the manager. I seriously doubt anything will come of this, but BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t park get out of your car and walk in the store. It will be a waste of your time if you’re trying to use a coupon or offer.

Younger gentlemen (blonde hair,small gauges) working killed it this afternoon. Perfectly handled a line in minimal time while still making great suggestions and saving me money. I use to be a shift supervisor at a high volume drive thru Starbucks and I would have loved to worked with this guy. Drink tasted great and I was in and out faster than I could open this up to write this review. Here’s to finding excellent customer service in the most unlikely place, a kiosk in the middle of a grocery store.
