I had a horrible experience. I sent my husband to pick up our order. We ordered 2-8pc wings, double order of fries and 2 pizzas. First impression, the fries did not look like a double order, we got one box and I was able to give my 4 kids 6pieces of fries each. Then I got to the wings, once we got half way in, I found hair in my mouth after biting the wing, opened the second box of wings and also found a hair in those wings. So disgusted my stomach is still turning. At least the pizza was good. I pray my family does not get sick.

The pizza was so soggy and undercooked it looked they just brushed it with sauce and added 3 pieces of cheese , the toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed, the crust was like cardboard, and the delivery took over an hour – the only thing worse than the pizza itself was the customer service that couldn’t even bother to apologize for the atrocious quality. I personally called to make sure that they had enough change at the time of my delivery. They couldn’t even accommodate or apologize for that. To top it off the manager at the time which is right now couldn’t even bother to apologize or accommodate me for a future discount he acted as if he could not find my account, considering the fact that I had lived in the same location for 12 years and have been ordering, obviously things have not changed they continue to be disgustingly unprofessional. As if that wasn’t enough I went into the location and I saw a roach on the ground at that point I just threw away my food I didn’t even bother to fight with a guy $50 down the drain and not one. I’m sorry save your money and buy your pizza. Somewhere else worst place on earth I’m considering calling corporate and making sure that they get this location shut down and calling the health department as well.

We have not been to this Pizza Hut in such a long time. But Way back then, the place was not inviting. Today we were in for a nice surprise. They had remodeled and it looked beautiful. Very nice. The gentleman that took our order at the counter was very nice. Went out of his way to accommodate us and help us to decide what to order. Just a really personal gentlemen. Will be back because of him. The food was perfect. Both in taste, quality and temperature.

Very disgusted on the way we received our pizza. I opened the box and to my surprise there is slices missing and wings missing. I am never ordering from here again and discourage anyone else from doing so. Just plain nasty people handling our food.

The place is lonely and dead most of the time As a delivery person they always make my orders late. It’s frustrating delivering from this location. Most of the employees are super rude and will ignore you even though you’re standing at the counter looking right at them.

Don’t Order by phone Pizza hut decided to hire third party to take phone orders and they obviously make commission off pizza! I ordered 1 stuffed crust pizza the person gave me a crazy number 32 bucks for 1 large pizza. I go online cancel the order the pizza is 16 bucks online don’t bother calling just place orders online or in person.

I wish i could give this establishment 0 STARS!!!! I came here for a nice meal with my family and I, expecting an amazing meal with great service. The food was okay just overpriced. Wanted to get 2 packs of ranch but it was almost 3 dollars for them. I am so disappointed. While trying to enjoy my meal, the staff were making it uncomfortable. They were side eyeing and giggling at us. The ambiance was awful as well. There was no people at all and was quiet. I am very upset that this is the only pizza hut around my area and not even one worth going to. Please do not come here if you want to have a good time with friends and family.

The employee Desiree left me sitting by myself waiting for my pizza for over 30 minutes claiming that she couldn’t see me. The Pizza Hut was completely unoccupied yet she claimed that she was busy. She’s very rude and very smug about her unprofessional manner toward me. She made it seem as if it was my fault for not coming up to her sooner. I will not be coming here again.
