Amazing Indian food truck. We tried Amritsari Kulche and Kadhi Chawal. Service was quick and food was hygienic. Plenty space to sit and enjoy your piping hot food. A hidden gem on I5.

A lovely food truck in the middle of nowhere. We found this based of a recommendation. It’s very tucked away at a truck stop but boy did this place deliver! The food was excellent we got a tikka masala and naan. The tikka was very traditional , not as creamy as other places I have tried. Naan was good too a little overcooked but overall this place delivered. The dishes don’t come with rice you must purchase that separately. Also lots of flies in the area

No frills , but authentic indian (Punjabi style) food. Must try the kulcha , and rolls. Its a food truck , but there is some seating area (tent). Highly recommend, quick stop and pick up for your drive up/down the I-5 . We called ahead and the food was ready for pickup when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Masala tea was refreshing.

It’s a truck. The area smells like cow poop. But don’t worry. No atmosphere needed. The smell of the food will drown out everything else around you and make it ok.
The amritsari kulcha is wonderful and it comes with amazing chola. The flavor is exactly what it should be.
I got the chai so of course I had to get the mixed pakora and both were excellent.
Everyone in the truck is from Rajasthan and so sweet. Lovely people and lovely food. Worth the stop despite what it looks and smells like!! Don’t miss it!!!

The lady was very happy and friendly. Service was quick. The food was absolutely spicy delicious and food was hot and fresh . I got chicken Tikka masala amazing taste and flavor along with a naan bread. 10/10 would recommend.
