Ordered a bunch of dim sum food out for a party with friends. The packaging is very neat, cute cardboard boxes with contents written on it. Everyone enjoyed the taste of the food and were surprised by how inexpensive it was. Only one person had a complaint, she said her pan fried wagyu beef bun tasted a bit shrimpy and the meat was overcooked. I had ordered the exact same thing a few hours prior and did not have that issue, I imagine it was just the oil needed to be changed after cooking a shrimp based dish. In the end, we all loved our food and were full by the end, came out to be ~$30 per person which was great, the wait time was about 25 minutes since it was a large order. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the Steamed Golden Egg Yolk Bun, it was a sweet and custardy bun, more so a dessert thing in my opinion.

We ordered take out, chicken with broccoli, chicken spring rolls, chicken fried rice, pan fried pork dumplings, and wonton soup. The only thing we ate was the chicken with broccoli and some fried rice. The spring rolls were very oily, the dumplings were undercooked, wonton soup had a funny smell and the fried rice didn’t taste fresh.
Street parking can be challenging in this area.
The interior is small with three tables for seating but better set up for take out.
Ordering can be done at the counter or in one of two kiosks.

This is the closest I have found to authentic Dim Sum outside of going to Flushing queens
Everything is fresh prepared,.so do not expect a fast food experience.

Dim Sum Bloom in Rockville Centre has finally opened! Been waiting for a long time for legit dim sum out on the Island without the need to go to NYC’s Chinatown. Walk inside the doors to Dim Sum Bloom and find yourself surrounded by the aroma of freshly prepped dim sum along with friendly staffs. Choose from different kinds of drinks, dim sum delights, rice dishes, appetizers, and even desserts. Even though they are mostly take-out style, there are comfortable tables and chairs for you to eat right there. Popa shrimp dumpling then a shumai and you will already feel the ultimate satisfaction. With their immense menu, there are so much to choose from. Dim Sum Bloom is opened from 11:30am to 10:00pm daily so there is now an excuse to eat dim sum anytime any day! Stop by and let your taste buds bloom!

I recently had delightful mango sago at lucky penguin bubble tea, I was very surprised when Dim sum Bloom gave me a rotten one, that didn’t seem to follow the proper recipe, sago is a flowing, mini tapioca pearl desert in a mango sauce. what you served me was a Jello with sago in it but it had already sourerd The manager is very kind and made it up to me. I love sago and please follow the recipe don’t try to introduce something changing it up. “beef ribs” over steam rice was good. Shrimp dumplings were not bad, they were already out of stock of many items on the menu.

This has to be the worst food experience The duck dump dumplings I did not like
The pork & crab was hard to swallow instant upset stomach but The shrimp & pork smelled awful to the point of gagging
The only semi decent was the Sichuan spicy dumplings & spring roll. Beyond disappointed I will never eat here nor recommend

Walked in and this dude who worked there was sitting on his laptop at one of the tables. No one else was there except me and my boyfriend. I ordered the vegetable pan fried dumplings and I was disappointed to be honest. It was very underwhelming had kind of a sour kinda taste and the sauce it came with was even worse. My boyfriend got chicken velvet mushroom bowl the flavor and smell was amazing but there was an overwhelming amount of bones in the chicken. Overall I’d come back and try something new, I was originally thinking the wagyu beef dumplings which I hope to be better. Might come back again and try something new. The look inside the restaurant wasn’t bad though very yellow.

Insanely clean, very welcoming and the front girl was super helpful when it came to ordering. I got the grilled chicken rice combo with the spicy garlic sauce and as a fan of rice and chicken this was probably the best I’ve had.
The rice was a little sweet which was good by itself but when combined with the chicken it was a perfect mix of sweet and savory. The chicken was tender and cooked just the way I like it. Not dry at all. Worth the money. You can tell they care about the quality they deliver and I’ll definitely be back.

Asked today for extra chicken for my meal that i told him id pay extra for and the guy on the phone goes no we cant do that the food comes in boxes and each meal can only have a certain amount. So im guessing this food comes from frozen meal from a factory since he said that then I asked if i could maybe ask someone else and hes like no its just no possible. Same guy who told me he could give me a side of broth last week. Very odd. I feel like businesses like this just sink their own ships. I think cause they own tswirl next store and that place is successful they dont care much for the customer service of this place.
