The food is great! The best wings in Birmingham. Wings cooked to perfection and the size of the wings is exceptional. They serve chili cheese fries which is a plus. They serve 1 free refill and give the best customer service. Any time my husband and I want wings which is once a month we come to this location. recommended.

This was my first time and last time coming to location and it wasn’t pleasant at all…I didn’t feel welcomed, there was no greeting, the young man with the long hair , I can not state his nationality, that took my order was very nonchalant and not friendly at all , he called out my order , naming the food that I ordered which I have a ticket number and as I walked to the counter I asked him did he call #175 he then replied “ we don’t do that around here and I said well ok” and i asked him for my drink and he told me to walk down by the drink area and get it instead of handing it to me with my food! Which is bizarre! I won’t be going back because who wants to spend their money where people make you feel unwelcome! By the way the food was a 2/10 the same as your employees attitude ,Thanks for the experience! Hope it gets better there!

Would give 5 stars but they recently changed their fries. Absolutely horrible decision. Went from steak fries to these greasy crinkle cut nothing blah ones. The chicken Philly is the best. Amazing staff, fast service.

I ordered 10pc Hot Lemon pepper wings with Cajun ranch fries and a fruit punch to drink. The chicken was good. They drowned my fries lol. And the fruit punch was horrible. So I changed the drink to peach tea and it was not any better. Drink water!!

Never had a bad experience at American deli! The cajun ranch fries are amazing and the Lemmon pepper wings are to die for!!!!! Both wet and dry …. I also love how they use big/jumbo chicken wings and not the teeny tiny wings some places use

American Deli used to have the best wings on the east side of town. I ordered a 30 piece today and the wings were very small- like half the size they used to be and they were fried too hard. They should be ashamed sending out orders that way. Just lost a long time customer.

My first visit was amazing and awesome. My ham sandwich was wild, French fries were the best I’ve ever had and the lemonade was better than Chick-fil-A. I can’t wait to go back.

Very disappointed this use to be the best location.Everything is so bland now like they must just drop everything with no seasoning.They ask do you want it sprinkled with seasoning when they show you your food. 0/10 must be under new management or something but they need to do better

My husband ordered food in store and the man didn’t say thank you or anything. Next he brings the food home…the chicken is burnt or super dark, and my salad -or the lack there of, because I barely have any lettuce on it-is swimming in a liquid. The cucumbers have been soaking in their own juice for weeks and they put slices of cut up cheese singles on my salad!!! Not to mention the disturbing meat they added. This is the sorriest, sloppiest, nastiest salad I ever didn’t want to see. I will would have happily told them this had they answered just one of the many times I called. They will be getting it back. TODAY and I live about 40minutes away!!!
