I had lunch here a few days ago and ordered their crispy duck with basil fried rice, a spring roll, and a Thai tea. Everything was absolutely delicious. The spring rolls were chefs kiss and the duck was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The waitress, her name was Keneisha (apologies if I misspelled or misheard) – she was very kind, professional, and attentive. The only thing I would suggest is to work on the timeliness of getting food out. I went during lunch and there was only one other table with 3 people, plus several take out orders. It took about 30 mins for my meal to come out, which is a little on the longer end than expected, but nonetheless the food was fantastic. I will be back.

While visiting Orlando, I heard this was the go-to Sunday funday brunch,so we had to check it out.
The DJ was lit, the music was great, and it was lots of fun. The bartenders were sweet and made sure our drinks were nice and strong. They danced and entertained us. The food was pretty good and everyone enjoyed what they had. Burgers and wings were really good. make sure you make a reservations it gets packed.

We chose this restaurant for a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
When we arrived, no one was at the front to greet or seat us. After waiting about eight minutes, we eventually had to knock on the kitchen door to get someone’s attention so we could be seated.
Once at the table, we noticed the floors were sticky. The table itself was also dirty and sticky, with what appeared to be a spilled drink still on the surface. When I unwrapped the silverware from the napkin, the fork was visibly dirty, which was extremely off-putting.
The service timing was another major issue. We were a party of six, and our meals were delivered at completely different times. The last entrée did not arrive until approximately 50 minutes after the order was taken—so late that it had to be placed in a to-go container instead of being enjoyed at the table.
To her credit, the server/hostess (who also appeared to be helping cook) was kind and polite. However, she was moving between the dining area and the kitchen with her long hair completely untied and uncovered, which raised concerns about food safety and hygiene.
Overall, this was not the level of cleanliness, organization, or service we expected—especially for a special occasion.

My friends and I came in expecting the brunch vibe that we saw on social media but when we sat down we discovered brunch only happens on Saturday and Sunday. However I am so glad we stayed because the food was a 10/10. Our table had the fried calamari and spring rolls for appetizers. Pad See-Ew with scallops, Pineapple Fried Rice with chicken, and the Mai Thai Burger for entrees. We also ordered a Mai Thai and Lychee Martini from the specialty cocktail menu. The presentation was beautiful, there are no complaints about the food, and the service from the general manager Micheal was excellent.

First time at Mai Thai Brunch, and a time was had!! I went for my bestfriends birthday. The vibe was great, and the service was awesome. The DJs were entertaining, and the food was good. The bottomless mimosa price is definitely worth it because by the time you order two drinks, it’ll equal the same price. I ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns, and it was decent. The only thing I didn’t like was the egg surcharge, like eggs came with my meal its not like I added them. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added, but the $20 reservation fee does come off at the end. I will say bring you a portable handheld fan cause honey it gets HOT in there. Overall, we had a great time!

I went recently for their Valentine’s Day event they had and I will say that the kitchen was VERY SLOW! But the food and the service was top tier. We were just getting very irritated with waiting so long for each item we ordered to come out. But my server BiBi was 1000000/10! Thanks to him, I would come back again. He was fantastic and so sweet and very attentive to my needs.

I’ve been to Mai Thai Orlando for brunch several times and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, which made this experience on January 25 especially disappointing.

A group of 14 of us attended the 3:30 PM brunch session. We were all seated by 3:45 PM, but we were not greeted by our server for over 20 minutes after we all arrived.no silverware no napkins no water. When we finally spoke to her, we asked if five of us could get individual shots and everyone can order. She insisted that we purchase a full bottle, which we did not want. She then disappeared for another 20 minutes, stating she needed to “find the bottle pricing.” During that time, we later saw her at the host stand talking and dancing while our entire table sat unattended. Many of the guest in this party had to walk to the bar multiple times just to order drinks. Our drink and food orders were not taken until nearly 4:45 PM, and we did not receive any drinks until close to 5:00 PM—almost an hour and a half after being seated. The event ended at 6:30 PM, meaning most of the brunch time we paid for was spent waiting.
Throughout this entire ordeal, we were provided no water, no napkins, no silverware, and no basic table service. We had to repeatedly track down our server just to get minimal assistance. Her attitude made it very clear that we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Yes, Mai Thai brunch is crowded and busy but that is not an excuse. We’ve visited this location multiple times, and the service has never been anywhere near this bad. The lack of urgency, professionalism, and basic hospitality was unacceptable. We truly love the environment and vibe of Mai Thai, which is why this experience was so frustrating. Unfortunately, the service this time was unacceptable and took away from what is usually a great brunch experience.
