Ordered 45 minutes ahead online, just to get here and the door is locked and im told itll be 15 minutes just to get everything back up and running which means i also have to still wait for you to cook my food i ordered….45 MINUTES AGO. So it takes you an hour to clean and/or get things together? Mind you there was nobody else in the store. Not one person. Then i see one of the workers sittin down eating instead of cooking or cleaning, so how is her food cooked if the equipment isnt up and running yet? Then of course i get my order and missing items so i have to wait even longer smh. Cant cancel and get my money back so im stuck waitin. Dnt come before work youll be late

Are loyal WH customer. We sat in an empty booth and were totally ignored by the staff. We walked out! Will never come to this location on HWY 155 ! RUDE, STAFF. WE WERE TREATED LIKE WE WERE NON PEOPLE. I hate to say it, all staff was African American, we are Hispanic. I made eye contact repeatedly with the young ladies and they just ignored me. STAY AWAY.

0 stars if I could. When I walked in to order @ 6 AM (keep in mind there was only one other customer) the cashier you see in the picture refused to take my order and stated I would have to wait 15 minutes to even order as their cook was in the bathroom. I asked was the cook sick, she said idk he just said something about his stomach hurting. The man came out the back saying he don’t feel good and did not wash his hands prior to putting on his gloves. This cannot be sanitary or safe. Please train your employees on food safety as well as customer service.

Hey it’s a waffle House. But I didn’t expect with hardly anyone in the restaurant to wait 15 minutes to even be served. I did sit at a table I did ask if I could sit alone I guess I should have sat at the counter or the booth next to where they always walk by and maybe I would have got served earlier. The service once I got it was not that good and the food was good is it always is a waffle House I mean it was eggs hash browns toast.
