I’m so glad I decided to brave Dayton driving (being from small town Iowa) to try Tony & Pete’s!! It was incredible. Definitely the best vegan sub I’ve ever had, plus a super cool vibe and friendly staff. All around great experience I’d definitely recommend. I’ll be back again for sure. My only regret was not bringing my purse in when I picked up because I saw they had a ton of interesting food items to buy, like vegan hot fudge!

The Turkey pesto sandwich is hands down the best pesto sandwich ever. Went for the first time today and the place was packed buttt ended up getting my sandwich in under 5 minutes. Super fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back ✌

Someone recommended Tony and Pete to me during a meeting downtown. I am not a sub person but this place was AMAZING! The Italian sub are FIRE! My mom loves Italian subs, so I grabbed her one. It was so good that I have been back three times now. The food was amazing, the atmosphere is very nice and very clean. The employee JAZ was the icing and the cherry on top! She gives you that 5 star restaurant vibr. Her perfessionalism and knowledge of items on the menu made my experience a 12/10! I will definitely be back with others.

Drove about 45 minutes to come check out Tony & Pete’s after seeing a recommendation online.
Neat shop with a cool retro but modern feel to it. Was surprised at the different products they have for sale besides just sandwiches.
Overall – cool spot, good food. Nothing mind-blowing but still good tasting food and much better than any chain deli store. Not sure I’ll make the drive back anytime soon but glad I visited when I did.

Tried the Vegan Mushroom sandwich and oh my gosh. Talk about being packed with flavor! I literally am shocked by how delicious that sandwich is. I thought it would need mustard or cheese but no. It’s perfect as is. So good. Amazing job yall!

I had the single greatest sandwich of my 125 years at Tony & Pete’s! Turkey pesto. My goodness. It tasted like Scarlett Johansson woke you up with a husky version of Let’s Fall in Love, like your kids got an A in calculus, like your dog could talk and called you “buddy” when you came home from work, where your CEO said, “Screw profit! Let’s just do what is right!”
My salad, covered in a web of cheese so delicate I suddenly could dance ballet, was also a revelation: vegetables are good!
I came from Dallas to eat here (incidentally, also to see people who call me “father) and will be back, not just to escape Texas.
