I think the guy working the drive thru was either high or drunk. My order was simple. I ordered 6 tacos. He responded back. You want a jumbo Jack. I said let’s start over I want 6 tacos. He repeated back you two tacos. No I want a total of 6 tacos. He asked me I wanted lettuce on the tacos. I told him yes. He said okay no lettuce. I said I wanted lettuce. Got the tacos with no lettuce. What is wrong with guy?

This might truly be, thee best service by a J.I.B. I’ve never experienced. The customer service I was given today by John S., and the team here as well, 430pm(10/23/24) was beyond great service. I would sound crazy, if I was particular about what this man hinself did specifically. Took our whole order by memory, for one… as he was doing the drive thru, as well as the front, and look as though he was doing the fryer area as well… and literally, with a smile and kindness in his heart, face, and step… is the best I can say. JOHN needs.. No, JOHN DESERVES A REVIEW AND A RAISE… even if he just got one or had one… if this man is not recognized by JACK IN THE BOX COOPERATION… THEY are missing out. John is definitely one of, no, again.. thee prime example of doing your job to the best of your ability while trying to be better than that in everything he was doing… interaction after interaction with other customers… same service, respectful, on point, friendly, and just a damn great man. I have been to lots of fast food places across multiple states… this guy seems like this is his normal mode, if he was let the chance to shine in a better light, higher position should he want it… JACK IN THE BOX… you better open your eyes and ask this man to be part of your corporate program or something of that nature… whoever is the person that runs this google account for this location, better really look at this man with different eyes if you haven’t seen and know what this guy “IS”… he’s everything, any employer could dream of having hired once in their career. Level this man up!. Go to this location and see if John is working.. he’s got you! The best to the team here too.. they have to know they got a great guy to work with. I’ve never met this man or even from this area… i just moved out here 23 days ago from southern California… JACK IN THE BOX EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR… NO JOKE.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in fast food in my life! I went through the drive through the lady said “hold on I’ll get you” which is fine. She proceeded to take my order 3 minutes later which is also fine.(it’s late in the night so I understand) I get to the drive through window and ask “can I please have taco sauce” she say’s “we are out of taco sauce we only have the one in the bottle” I ask politely “can I please get a little extra in the tacos” she asked the cook in the back and he says somthing slightly rude. Which is still ok say with me BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND ITS LATE IN THE NIGHT! I get home to realize I have no sauce at all? No lettuce, no cheese? This sucks! I would have went back if they’re attitudes were more friendly but I’m scared my tacos would get kicked across the floor!

Ordered two tacos and was only given one. When I pointed it out, the staff had a bad attitude, made faces, and were not friendly at all. Service was also very slow, and there was no apology or effort to fix the mistake properly.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

Third time that I have been to the drive thru and NOBODY was there. Pulled to the window to look inside and nobody was there. Finally, after waiting at least 6 minutes, a head appeared from the floor area, looked at me and put his head back down. He never came to get my order and he never acknowledged that I was a customer wanting to buy some food.

Went here because we do not have this place were we live, the food was good. The popcorn chicken was crispy and not greasy , the Curley fries tasted good nice and crunchy no Grease, the jalapeño poppers were really good nice and crunchy filled with lots of flavor and not to spicy , the mini tacos were my favorite , little crispy corn shells stuffed with meat and seasonings reminded me of the taquitos from the frozen isle in the supermarket but way better !! Wish we had a jack in the box near us!!! And the pineapple shake was very good and refreshing.

The College and Lindbergh store is my go-to location. However, lately it is very hit-or-miss. If the older ladies or the young guys are working — you’re probably okay. But if it’s the older guys working, check your order. Twice this week I went through the drive thru and my order was missing items — not to mention it took forever and a day to get my order — over 20 minutes and yes, I timed it, while I had to pull around to park. Store was not busy. There was one customer ahead of me — they waited the same amount of time too. The picture is of the “Loaded Breakfast” #24 sandwich…notice anything missing? BACON…(literally the #1 protein in the item) — had the same thing happen three days ago when I ordered the “Ultimate Breakfast” sandwich….how can you forget bacon? I had ordered an additional hash brown, which both had a bit of a metallic taste? Time to change the oil…$11 for the combo and hashbrown total…these are the most recent visits, but this kinda of stuff has been happening more frequently. I visit this location about 2-3 times per month (I usually bring breakfast from home to work). Also they must still be having supply issues, they seem to run out of things — today they did not have regular Coke. On another recent visit they did not have ingredients for shakes or have croissants for sandwiches….

Went through the drive through at 11:30 on Sunday September 28 waited 5 minutes in the driver through. The employee waited 5 minutes before telling to hold on then they tell me their only taking cash at this time. No wonder they have terrible reviews.
