It’s just not the same. The barista taking my order was great, however, at the drive through window, it was a different story. No joy from this person at all. Just here’s your drink. It was a hot drink without the cup sleeve and what’s with never giving napkins these days? I ordered a food item and per usual, no napkins. My new philosophy : No napkins + rude drive through attendant = no tip. As for the vanilla latte, ugh. Don’t get me started. undrinkable, taste burned if that is possible…

I have only had good interactions in drive thru if it’s a barista named Cameron, he is always very sweet and helpful. If it’s any other barista at this location they are snippy, passive aggressive, and/or talk down to people. Today I got told I should order better and how to order.. I was a barista for 4 years at a Starbucks like.. what?! Getting 2 stars instead of 1 because of Cam and my drinks not being messed up.

Just had a very poor experience at this Starbucks location. I tried to avoid this particular Starbucks because their staff is always very rude, but unfortunately, today I had to stop at this location. I made a mobile order and then pulled through the drive-through to pick it up. I placed the order a few minutes before I got in line. I told the Starbucks worker that I had a mobile order and she was very rude to me. She remarked that they had JUST received the order and that I would need to pull back around and wait until it was ready. Mind you, I was the only person there. Had I of ordered there at the drive-through, it would have been the same amount of time for me to receive my drink as it would have been when I did the mobile order. She was very snarky and rude. When I got to the window, she completely ignored me and had her back turned towards me. I could tell the workers were purposely making my drink slower because they were angered at me for I do not know what. Very rude, never going back again.

When there aren’t other options open before 7am, I’m going to end up at a Starbucks. And since I needed a spot to hang with my laptop for a couple of hours, here we go.

I found a comfortable seat and from 6:30 am until 10 am, I watched a steady progression of customers come and go for their caffeine fixes. One from the drive thru returned with a problem with their order, which was handled swiftly.

My coffee was fine, the internet worked well and when I left, the laptop and phone were charged to 100%.

Friendly service! Iced chai latte with soy is yummy! They gave my girls a pup cup filled with whipped cream. Too bad these finicky pups don’t like it.

The dine-in service is consistently slow, the drinks are often made sloppily, the music is blaring, and the atmosphere feels rushed and uninspired. It lacks the energy and care that the brand is known for.

What makes it more frustrating is that just down the road, Stone Brewery delivers a far superior experience: efficient, friendly service, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and a vibe that actually makes you want to stay awhile. What a great team of baristas here – I will go out of my way to come to this location. It’s so nice to see people enjoying their job while working together as one in the process. I have been treated with nothing but genuine kindness by every employee here. Best location in Morgantown!
