Definitely the worst sushi I’ve ever had, and possibly the worst restaurant meal in a year. One of the previous reviews mentioned the poor rolls, but thought it might have been an off day. Apparently not. My $27 sushi combo had dry, oddly-sliced, flavorless fish atop tiny balls of rice that fell apart when touched. The spicy tuna rolls were pitiful. To be fair, the small salad was tasty, and my friend said the gyoza were OK.

The servers were unfriendly, and they forgot the soup that came with the meal, which wasn’t a big deal, but the fellow who appeared to be in charge was quite rude to some of the other guests.

This place was super cute! It had very delicious sushi and udon. My husband and I stopped here for lunch on our way back from our honeymoon in Yosemite and were pleasantly surprised. The curry udon was quite flavorful but had no protein, which was fine since I had ordered a Yosemite Roll as well. My husband got 3 different rolls and enjoyed each one, especially the salmon skin roll, which was crunchy and full of flavor. The service was really good, all 4 of the employees were very kind and attentive. They had a lunch deal that was a very good value- a tempura udon soup with either an avocado roll or a california roll for $17

LOVED the quality of the food and the speed to table. We (7 people) were very hungry after spending day at Yosemite. Came here and were sat right away and served shortly after! Loved the hospitality of the owners. They accommodated our special requests and all was delish! Definitely a go to for excellent food, fast.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise – very tasty dishes (soft shell crab, Yosemite roll, Seafood noodle, Udon noodles with Avocado roll, Tonkatsu, all for $110) at reasonable prices . Inside decor is outdated but food made up for the decor. Servers were attentive and stopped multiple times. We were tired from the day trip to Yosemite and yummy food at this place was a perfect way to end the day.

By far the best spider roll and rainbow roll. Great customer service, plating, and great flavors. We had the Kyoto Bulgogi bowl and it was very tasty. The atmosphere made us feel at home and we felt welcomed. Thank you

We were a group of 7 very excited to try out a lot of the different items on the menu. However, as soon as the waiter came to us, he was very hostile and asked us, before even greeting us: “What? Are you in the wrong place?!”
I have no idea why he would ask that to begin with. I should’ve gotten up and left with my family. But the little ones really wanted sushi, so we still placed our orders. As you can tell, the presentation of the food was okay. Do not be fooled! I was devastated at the taste of my fried rice with chicken. The chicken was old and tasted like it was reheated chicken, not fresh. The rice was burnt and tasteless. To make matters worse, they overcharged us and even “TIPPED THEMSELVES!” DO NOT COME HERE, THE FOOD WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND SO WILL THEIR PRICES.

Food was ok, we wanted something to eat other than burgers, hotdogs etc.
Not sure if the food is fresh, I did not risk the sushi. We had Ramen which was a lacking in flavour. Some had beef and a bit of chicken it was not great.

Absolutely delicious food. I was craving some Japanese food and found this restaurant. I got the beef teriyaki plate with some Asahi beer. It’s one of my all time favorites and they got it just right! The food came fast and the staff were really nice.

This place sucks. Almost no salmon in any of the rolls. The shrimp tempura roll had a scrawny little piece of shrimp in it. Did like the crab in there tho. Maybe I went on an off night who knows.

Don’t trust online prices. Got up-charged almost FIFTY percent when I went to pick up my food.

My experience was great,
I would recommend this place
To the restaurant, I think it’s important to work to improve the atmosphere of location, to better environment.
Please take more cooking classes to learn variety of sushi making styles, this can improve
As well as communication and the approach of different cultures, and types of people.
I would also recommend a interpersonal professional communication course as well.
