Waited 40 mins for our food, for it to not be cook all the way. Bacon wasn’t close to being done and the toast… Not toasted what so ever. All of our food was warm not hot. Worst experience we have ever at Denny’s.

Filthy, dirty and disgusting… run down place where management doesn’t care. Floors haven’t been cleaned ever. Both sinks run water, one sink is clogged or something, paper towels were out, I let the host know when we arrived, nothing was done when we were leaving. Booth seats are rippled, chairs seats are ripped, a hole in the ceiling?!!! Dirty silverware!!!!!! Food was cold, somewhat burned, took a good 30 min to get the order!!! Sauce tasted spoiled, I had to spit it out. Dirty… gross… regret, regret, regret… there are so many wonderful places to eat in Branson, this place is awful

Avoid this place. Our group of 12 was told the kitchen was behind, which we understood. However, service quickly went downhill. Drinks were missing for a child for over 30 minutes, and when it arrived the milkshake was completely melted. Our server admitted she hadn’t fully put our order in and said she wasn’t as fast as other servers. Food came out very late and in stages; one dish was badly burnt. When we raised concerns, the manager defended the poor service by saying our server has cancer and implied we shouldn’t expect good service from her and that it was our fault for having expectations. We were ultimately told our entire group was banned. The only positive was the replacement servers, who were great. Overall, terrible management and an unbelievable response to legitimate concerns. What started as a 40 minute wait for food when we arrived turned into a 2 hour and 20 minute ordeal.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff was outstanding and their ability to handle a full dining room with great attention and speed was noticed. Rebecca was our server, along with a new trainee in his first day they made a wonderful impression on my family. We also loved the new value meal and rewards program. Fast food cost more than this Denny’s. We will be back!

Denny’s was fantastical! It was probably the only place in town to get something to eat still open that late at night. I had the Santa Fe Skillet. Our waitress was very friendly, cheerful and attentive.

I’m very sorry to say this but this is the worst Denny’s I’ve been to. The manager and servers were messing around. The food I ordered was burnt on one item, cold on another item, not cooked on two other items. I informed the manager and he couldn’t argue with me about any of my complaints. We didn’t eat anything. I’ll never visit this Denny’s again.
