Awful restaurant with misleading name. We made a reservation, arrived and were seated. We ordered apps and then told the kitchen was closing. No mention of this when I made the reservation. No mention when we were seated. No mention when we ordered apps. Just tough luck – you can’t have any more food. Probably a good thing in the end because what we had was awful. This isn’t sushi, by the way, it’s terrible Chinese. Don’t go.

Slow service (under staffed, our guy was’t terrible but we were there on a Sunday and they had only one server), terrible food (seriously, every dish was disappointing. No flavor, someone needs to rethink the dishes), and terribly over priced for the quality of food. Environment and menu looked great, but after our meal there was just no redeeming quality for the waste of time and money. Skip, and head somewhere (anywhere) else instead.

Food is terrible. I wish I could say I’m exaggerating, but we went for sushi (hence the name, sushi kai), and I can honestly say that it was the worst sushi I’ve had at a restaurant. Also way too expensive for bad quality. I hope this review (and reviews to come) helps them to realize they need to make a change.
