The most authentic Mexican food in Fort Collins! The service is top notch, the restaurant is clean and decorated like you are on vacation in Mexico! The Skinny Margs come in an endless mixer, as a Celiac, I had so many delicious choices. The seafood stone bowl was to die for! I crave this place like no other!

Muy delicioso!!! Such a hidden gem. The birria tacos – very tasty! Excellent ceviche, as if it were fresh and we’re not in a land locked state! My only feedback, please never serve with saltine crackers only. I had to ask for tostadas or chips. Mayonesa & hot sauce are also good but not required. We will be back!

We love this Mexican food place! They have authentic Mexican food and a great menu. Their drinks are amazing as well! We go here probably once a month! They offer free chips, beans, and salsa upon seating. Try the quesadilla appetizer!

We brought an out-of-town guest back to Cancun because they loved it so much the last time we visited and it did not disappoint. The flavors feel comforting and authentic, and the atmosphere makes it an easy place for family gatherings.
As a Mexican family, we’d love to see a few clearly marked plant-based options added (for example, dishes that can be made plant-based upon request or a carne de soja option). Many families like ours are navigating health concerns such as diabetes and heart disease and have been encouraged to eat more plant-based, so having those options would make it even easier to choose Cancun for group meals.
We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food and service! The portions are extremely generous and very delicious and I especially enjoyed the variety of fresh spicy salsas they gave with my tacos. I’m a big fan of rice and beans (that’s make or break for me when determining a great Mexican restaurant) and they exceeded my expectations. The staff was very prompt and kind, going as far as bringing us a fresh batch of chips without needing to ask. Can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem for one of the best margaritas in town! You should try the original, it’s so smooth. The whole family enjoys the breakfast skillets, and we suggest trying the green chili and habanero sauce with it. Portions match price and service is friendly and attentive, we’re always greeted with a smile and thanked for visiting. Other breakfast places just don’t hold a candle to Cancun. The flavors and variety are simply unmatched and there is something for everyone on the menu. Definitely our favorite spot in town. It’s (unfortunately) rarely busy so you aren’t getting the waits with Old Town crowds. We recommend getting in and ensuring they stick around!

I’ve been coming here since they opened and the food is very good. Lots of options! Breakfast, lunch or dinner, doesn’t matter. Their carnitas is amazing. Their soups are fantastic too. We enjoy the service from the owners and the people that work there. Always welcoming.
