So this location is near where I live. I thought I would give it a chance.
When you first walk in you notice the employees scrambling around yet only 2 customers are in line. No greeting, no help, when you finally ask for help they greet you with a nasty look on their face and try to hurry you along.
I asked for a sample of an item and the manager looked at me with a stressed look and just said no. She didn’t offer an explanation or anything just said no. I asked why not because that’s a normal thing. She said, sorry and shrugged her shoulders. So I told her never mind on the food and just left.
This is where customers service is these days and it’s why businesses are loosing clientele.

First just want to say love panda but this location is by far the worst panda I’ve ever been to. Orange chicken is constantly off from what it should taste like. Everything else is mediocre and bland. Also be careful how they charge you because I was overcharged and was told to wait 20mins for a Manager to come refund me. Obviously a real Manager presence is missing here. Avoid this location even if your starving.

I went through Drive through when I order 3 entries 1 side she says at window they do not have string bean chicken the one I did not get was sesame chicken let’s not go there let’s get to the Point I ordered medium sweet Tea got unsweetened tea when I got home my entries were cold look we are Paying too much money for bad service cold food and everything wrong is it Panda Express or workers because everything anymore is Pay high Price and get half asked service really I should have given them 1 star

Ordered pepper chicken and teriyaki chicken this what I had when I got home. If I would have wanted onion and celery that’s what I would have ordered. Where’s the chicken in my pepper chicken? This is the second time I went there the first time my stomach was upset for 3 days. Panda Express was one of my favorite places before I moved here from Maryland but this place really changed my feeling
