We ordered through the app. We ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza, classic pepperoni, and italian cheese bread. We waited for the app to say it was ready and after it hit 10 minutes past the estimated time with no updates we decided to go inside to ask about it. Turns out they claim they can’t “technically” do pretzel crust, whatever that means, and didn’t think to tell us that by calling us or anything. I tell them regular crust is fine and they give us a pizza that was already ready so basically they just decided to make a pizza how they chose instead of checking if I was okay with the replacement first. Then I open the pizzas to check they’re correct and they gave me both pepperoni instead of one cheese so I had to get a different one. The pizza was also not fresh so it clearly sat for awhile and they never updated the app. They also didn’t refund me for the price of the preztel crust even though it’s more expensive than the regular cheese. We will not be returning to this location, very poor and unprofessional staff.

I put in an order to the mobile app for two pizzas and a cheese bread. I wait for the 25 minutes and then head there to pick up my pizza because the app says it’s ready. I get there to the corner to pick up and the guy says they haven’t even started on the order…… Awesome

Using the Little Caesar’s app was a breeze! I ordered my pizza and picked it up from the portal—super fast and convenient. The pizza was fresh, hot, and perfectly made, exactly as ordered. Little Caesar’s has nailed speed and quality. A fantastic experience for pizza lovers on the go!

Poor service poor communication I order on doordash under Markay K and got a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce and pepperoni. I got a regular pepperoni pizza with read sauce which I’m allergic to everytime I go there the messed up on my pretzel pizza they need to close that location down service is trash & poor customer service. Then they had the audacity to put the salt yk that goes on the pretzel crust on the regular crust pizza they sent that was completely wrong. I called their first thing they said was they didn’t have it in a while we’ll fix it on the app then for out of stock not ready to order.

We ordered a pizza with vegetables. It really couldve been cooked longer; however, my real complaint is the crazy puffs we ordered, literally looked like they had been used to play baseball and then throw in the box. There’s really no excuse for allowing a customer to walk out with THAT.

Took forever and still got it wrong!
I order from the app at 2:27pm said it would be ready at 2:55pm. I ordered a pepperoni cheese bread. That’s it! I went into the store at 2:54pm and they didn’t even know they had an app order that needed to be filled. They said it would be 7 minutes, fine whatever, I’ve got to get back to work. I watched as more people came in and nothing was ready. I’m not sure there was a manager there because all of the workers looked like they were maybe 18 and were goofing off alot! At 3:06 i asked if my order was ready and he said it just came out and they were cutting it. I get my order and it’s regular cheese bread and a pepperoni pizza! Ridiculous! I’m super disappointed in the service and product!

Meh, it’s a 50/50 chance that you’ll get what you ordered. This must be a terrible place to work. I never see the same person twice. Probably why my food is messed up half the time. When it is correct, it’s typically pretty good. Other times I’ll ask for extra sauce on my pizza just to get home and realize they left the sauce off completely.

I did NOT get what I paid for!!! Ordered a specialty pizza and received a plain pepperoni. I brought it back within 20 minutes (as soon as I got it home and opened the box we realized it was wrong) staff was EXTREMELY rude to me, especially the manager!!!! (Christy Thibodeaux). Refused a refund and refused to make what I paid for!! She then called the police on me telling them I was “disgruntled” after yelling GET OUT OF MY STORE!!! HORRIBLE customer service. The police officer even asked her why she couldn’t make the pizza I paid for and she said “I tried giving him a regular pepperoni to replace it but he didn’t want it”. No, I want what I paid you for or a refund. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Have never been treated so nasty in my life!!!! Contacting corporate and hoping they take disciplinary action with this manager!!! I have evidence of the time I picked up this pizza and the time I returned. She kept saying I was gone over an hour but even when the police arrived, it hadn’t been an hour. The office even told her this!! I have been in management for over 20 years and I’ve never seen such a horrible display of customer service in my life!!!! Look at the google and Facebook reviews for this store!!! I wish I had before I went here.

( update) mistakenly ordered from this place again and not only did I not receive one of my pizzas but I was missing several items and my pizza was undercooked again. spoke with the manager and was assured that the issue will be resolved and I would receive my refund and that was about a 2 months ago and I have yet to hear from that manager so I gave up not on the franchise but the staff of the worst branch of this restaurant chain in Lake Charles Pathetic ….does this look like deep dish or bread that is half baked with sauce and pepperoni…..first bite and it was obvious the dough wasn’t cooked correctly…..so I threw all of it away
