Mendocino Farms inside Be Shop Mall is usually busy, and for good reason. The place has a great atmosphere and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I ordered a sandwich, and not only was it made super fast, but the quality was also top-notch—fresh ingredients, great flavor, and generous portions. Even with the crowd, the service was efficient and smooth. It’s definitely a solid spot for a quick, satisfying, and high-quality meal. I’ll be coming back for sure.

I order from Mendocino Farms in San Ramon at least three times a week — and it never disappoints. At this point, the manager has started recognizing me, which says so much about how welcoming and attentive the team is.
The staff is consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The food is ridiculously good — super fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully put together. I have a rotating lineup of favorites, but I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.
It’s rare to find a place that delivers this level of quality and consistency every single time. I’m so grateful to have this spot right downstairs from where I work. And bonus: on Wednesdays, kids eat free. Boo-yah.

We ordered Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad and a few other dishes to go. They forgot the bottle of water that we ordered and when asked they have us one but didn’t feel sorry at all. The peach salad had unripe peaches that were not sweet at all. They were as hard as apples so not really good for a peach salad. It’s the second time it’s been disappointing for us in term of quality and service.

I rarely give a restaurant 5 stars, but this one deserves every one of them! The atmosphere is fun, very clean and has seating options both inside and outside. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious! Every item we ordered was a hit including the Peruvian Steak Sandwich, the Thai Mango Salad (we subbed tofu for the chicken), the Vegan Banh Mi and the potato salad. And to top if off they had a variety of drink options including a 4 homemade options: Pomegranate Mint Lemonade, Classic Lemonade, Passion Fruit Black Tea and Get Your Greens Agua Fresca.

Love Chen’s chicken salad, the dressing is really good and ingredients very fresh. Not so fried chicken sandwich is amazing, tastes just as good as actual fried chicken except this is healthier. Always excited to come to Mendocino, and this location has quick service, and the online order pickup is very convenient and fast. A good amount of tables, and the heaters outside are nice on a cold day. Shoutout to Joseph for the friendly service, and I’m looking forward to coming back next time.

I love coming to Mendocino Farms, especially this location in San Ramon. The salads and sandwiches never miss. Chen’s Chinese salad, not so fried chicken sandwich, and Thai mango salad are all consistently good! Lots of flavor, ingredients, and reasonable portion size.

Located in the San Ramon City Center, and right next to the kids play area, Mendocino Farms has some wonderful and healthy food choices for you. Even better, take that delicious food outside to dine in the warm sun and listen to your favorite Xmas music while the little one’s laugh and run. Great people, (and dog) watching while you eat!We landed on the Pink Lady Beet and Goat Cheese salad with the Chicken Pesto Caprice sando. Absolutely delicious flavor! Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this location several times and have never been disappointed. The new sweet peach and goat cheese salad is a unique addition. I also enjoy the couscous and sandwiches they offer.
