My wife and I celebrated our 2-year anniversary here, and it was our first time visiting. We were truly blown away.
Melyssa was an incredible server—attentive, patient, and genuinely kind. She gave us great recommendations, helped us choose the best options, and knew the menu inside and out. Her service alone elevated the entire experience.
The food was outstanding. We loved everything we ordered: the Beef Wellington bites, shrimp egg rolls, Wagyu bone-in strip, sweet potato casserole, and the crab fried rice. Every dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection.
When we arrived, they surprised us with rose petals on the table and a handwritten “Happy Anniversary” card, which made us feel so special and celebrated. The general manager and assistant GM even came by to personally greet us, which meant a lot.
This place exceeded our expectations in every way. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.

I came here for valentine’s day My bf asked them to decorate the table and they did it so sweeeet I have been here a couple times before and it was good all the time! Drinks are above average and their food was amazing!!! Grilled oysters with cheese on top is my FAVORITE, must try. I usually don’t like eating lobster because they were always dry but here was so juicy and tender I loved it. Definitely coming back here

We visited Sullivan’s Steakhouse to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and arrived around 2:45 PM to take advantage of the lunch menu. Our first impressions were very positive—we were greeted immediately by the host and seated right away.
We chose the three-course lunch menu, which turned out to be an excellent value for an upscale restaurant. The food itself was very good, with solid portions and great flavor across the courses.
While our waitress was friendly, the service was noticeably slow. The restaurant was very quiet at the time, with only a few other tables seated, yet we often had to flag her down for drink refills and other requests. It appeared she was focused on bussing tables and preparing for dinner service, which may have contributed to the delays. There were long gaps between courses, and we weren’t sure if this was intentional pacing or simply slow service. Because of this, our lunch stretched on until a little after 6 PM.
One downside was a fruit fly that hovered around our table during dessert, which was off-putting.
Overall, the food quality and value of the lunch menu were strong, and the atmosphere was nice, but the slow service and minor cleanliness issue took away from what could have been a much better experience.

My husband and I enjoyed a week night date and Gerardo V. took care of us today. We decided on the Sure thing menu because our favorites were on it! We tried the Cheesesteak egg rolls for the first time and they were delicious I highly recommend them. My husband had the filet mignon and I had the salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server Gerado ( Geri) was very knowledgeable and friendly! We had excellent service and would ask for him again the next time we come.

This was our first time dining at Sullivan’s Steakhouse. The restaurant serves great steaks, and our server was especially attentive—she tried her very best to take care of our table. However, the restaurant seemed understaffed; servers had to cover many tables, and the kitchen took a very long time to bring out the food. If you plan to try this place, you may want to order everything at once and ask them to pace the courses(crazy!!!), as it took far too long for each course of the meal to arrive.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary dinner and we were absolutely blown away. Our table was set with rose petals and a hand written note thanking us for spending our anniversary with Sullivans. Our server Lana was so sweet and bubbly from the beginning to the end of our meal. We got the Beef Wellington Bites to start and they were to die for. I got the texas mule and my boyfriend got the smokey orchard, both were fabulous. We got two steaks along with the mashed potatoes, Brussels’ sprouts, and asparagus risotto for dinner and the flavors were unbelievable. They also gave us a complimentary chocolate cake dessert which was also phenomenal. The service was so wonderful the entire time I felt inclined to ask to speak to the manager Michael on our way out. He was very kind and appreciative of our kind words. It’s so rare to see service so lovely from beginning to end, from the waitress to the bussers to the managers! I would rate it higher if I could, they made our anniversary truly something to remember. Thank you Lana, Michael, and staff for making our night so lovely!

We visited for first time for Valentine’s Day. We really liked to restaurant itself and the service was top-notch. Our waitress was Claire and she was fantastic. If only the food was as good.
The dinner was a mixed bag. My wife had oysters which were delicious and drinks were excellent. However the entrees were lacking. My wife had the sea scallops which were not served hot. Same with her risotto. Her Brussels sprouts side dish was amazing though.
I ordered the Wagyu Bone-in Strip medium. It was cooked rare at best. Sent it back and it came back medium rare at best. I didn’t dare send it back again. But being undercooked didn’t do any favors to the steak which was stringy and the quality didn’t come through at all. My fries were hot and crispy and delicious though.

The only reason I gave this establishment four stars for service is because the hostess, Emme (brown skinned girl, appeared to be hispanic, with long black ponytail) was absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t have her representing my upscale establishment. As a matter of fact, she’d be terminated if management were able to see her facial expressions and hear her speak last night. I walked in the door and was greeted with a grimace and scowl. I’ve NEVER felt so disrespected in my life. She was not polite at all. I asked her if she was OK. She responded with an attitude, “yes, why!” I told her that she appeared upset and mad. I don’t think she expected me to say anything about her attitude so she quickly walked off in slight embarrassment. I’m not sure what her problem was last night, but she needs to work in another field besides hospitality. The other two young ladies working beside her were wonderful. They were the reason my husband and I stayed for dinner. Everyone else was great! My food wasn’t boxed when we left, but the manager was able to put a comp meal on my account for when we visit again. I still would’ve given all five stars without the comp meal if it weren’t for the one hostess because this restaurant did EVERYTHING else right. I do hope the young lady, Emme greets us and others with kindness from here on out if she continues to be one of the first faces people encounter at check in.

FIRST time here, Its probably one of the best restaurant we ever been to! If you want a romantic and delicious place, its here. They also have a private room!
As far as the price goes, well two adult and two kids: two steaks, two bowl soup, a salad, a side, a drink and two kid meals later…costed $277 but we weren’t even mad LOL
The service is great! Our waiter was amazing, he was attentive and made the experiences one of a kind!
The steak s were superb!!! I had to dry aged tomahawks ribeye while my wife had the bone in ribeye cowboy cut!
Will for sure come back again…
