Ordered a whopper cut in half. Got a whopper squished. Was told that I could not receive a refund. The manager looked at the burger and said there was no problem. So I was told it does not matter what the customer wants or how I see it. So they are willing to lose a customer of over a decade because they dont want to refund 6 dollars. If you want a restaurant where the customer comes 1st, then this is not the place for you.

Seriously I ordered ONE cheeseburger. Why am I still sitting in drive thru with only ONE car in front of me 10 minutes later????
And what’s with the size? Took me 15 minutes to get the smallest cheeseburger I’ve ever had. Smh. Not happy. I guess I’m just happy they’re open this late at night.

They usually screw up the order with missing items and the staff are super bitchy. I get hating your job, but don’t take it out on customers who aren’t making special requests or being rude to you, don’t even have to be fake friendly, just not outright bitchy and rude. Best to avoid this location.

Twenty-six minutes in line with 5 cars ahead of me. Three people working, I have watched them make easily 30 sandwiches from my vantage point, and yet I’m still waiting??? What is even happening right now?!? How is it even possible that I’m still waiting here?!?!? Got here at 2pm today and they were closed. Nobody working. No sign on the drive thru. Sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes to drive around and find the door locked. Awesome.

I just got this sandwich today… the Mexican. It was okay, not that bad tasting but this is all there is?? Little sauce and jalapeño fried bits? That aren’t even sticking onto the sandwich I mean I knew there was gonna be jalapeños but not like this and where is the queso? This Burger King isn’t that bad since the first time I’ve been going and I don’t go all the time but each time I go the customer service has been getting worst, little by little. I go around like 3-5pm or at night so I don’t know if the morning crew are much friendlier, better, won’t talk over you but yeah I too do work in the food industry so I know how busy it can get, how customers can act, all of the above but I will say when I go to this BK it’s never busy, me and maybe a car behind or in front of me. I have more to say about this location but I’m gonna cut it here

They don’t acknowledge your existence when you ask if your online order is ready. Just completely ignore you. Multiple times over multiple trips I have to assume the manager is encouraging it.

Went for a 1am snack with a friend. Got to the speaker and ordered a classic whopper with no cheese, no lettuce, no onion. He rung it up as a BBQ whopper, to which I corrected him. He changed the sandwich, but it was not a whopper on the screen. My second item was cheese tots, which were ordered fine. My other food items don’t matter, apparently, as the man in the drive thru told me to drive forward without letting me finish my order. At the window, he looked COMPLETELY high off hard drugs, and he sure spoke and acted the part, too. He insisted I ordered the chicken sandwich. When I was saying no, I not only wanted a whopper, but more items to my meal. He cut me off, and started yelling “NAME?!” repeatedly at me, not letting me correct my order, so I drove off not wanting to be the customer that explodes on a staff member. Went to McDonald’s.
