Beware I think they are scamming people at this location. I asked them for a classic pepperoni pizza which is $6.99 I said to thrive cashier can you make sure they go easy on the sauce. Then when I pay it’s $8.65 which he quickly tries to throw away the receipt which I ask him for. I see he added $1 and made this a “custom pie” I wonder how many unsuspecting customers they have done this to?

I gave three stars because the employees are friendly but all of them are young and new to the workforce..they have no sense of urgency and people at fast food places don’t really get paid enough to care about their job too much. My problem with this place is the main sign says hot and ready right? Hot and ready I repeat hot and ready. I’ve been to This Little Caesars all varying hours from opening to closing and it’s always the same … they never have anything ready. They might have a couple crazy breads or one type of pizza and it’s always the loaded extra pepperoni or whatever. So given that I’ve waited until I’ve been there more than 10 times to write a review I can honestly say that in my opinion this is nothing but false advertisement. 10 out of 10 times there’s nothing really to choose from as far as hot and ready there’s been one or two items.

DoorDash delivers for this location and I swear something is wrong every time. Good luck getting your full order. When you try to call the store to get it corrected no one picks up and there’s no way to leave a message. Order from here at your own risk.

these people gave my pizza to someone else and they didn’t realize it until the customer came back to claim, they wanted to give me that pizza and of course I didn’t accept it a very rude employee yelled at me that if I wanted to cancel I should find a way to do it in the end and after 40 minutes another employee gave me the phone number for claims. horrible experience and employees who yell at customers and give no solutions let alone apologize for their mistakes.

We ordered on the app like we always do, but this time we wanted no salt on our pretzel pizza so we immediately called as soon as we paid on the app before they get it ready as there was no option to write any instructions there. The young lady answered and she was very kind. I asked to please not put salt. She said “no sauce” I could not explain it better so I said “we picked cheese sauce on it so we want the sauce, we just don’t want rocky salt… like sea salt. We want the sauce.” She said nicely that she would let them know. Now I was nervous that she still didn’t understand, but I trusted. Sure enough, when I got there, she said they didn’t understand if we want the cheese sauce or not and sure enough there are salt all over the pizza. They were kind workers, but I wish they would have workers that could understand or help understand and if they would have called us back if they were confused. I would have looked up how to say salt in their language or something. We’re not racist, we love all people. This was just frustrating.
