Ordered a pan and thin crust pizza. Received 2 hand tossed pizzas. Extremely under staffed for a Friday night with a major sporting event going on. The staff was doing the best they could but getting both pizzas wrong is unacceptable. Pizzas did taste decent.

I was very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. The food arrived completely cold—nothing was even lukewarm. The pasta was hard, dry, and cold, the pizza was dry and cold, and the breadsticks were not only cold but also stale and burned. To make matters worse, they forgot to include my Mountain Dew. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better quality.

I ordered through my app for delivery and my order was wrong. I had said no cheese and the pizza came with cheese. I tried calling the store to get a refund or have the correct order be delivered but no one ever answered. I need a refund. Someone please contact me.

Pizza isn’t fresh or even cut.
I’m a hospitality professional and lover of all things culinary and this indeed was not made with LOVE. Just thrown together! In fact lol since I’ve worked in the food/hospitality industry for a while I know in fact they didn’t make this fresh. It was half cheese and half pep. Had to cut it myself and really didn’t even eat it only munch on the crust.
They had some sitting in the hot box and just threw pep on and tried to through it back in the oven. I strive for quality, great food, and great service. This indeed wasn’t to standard.
Please don’t waste your time and money with this business. & to the staff, and management please care more

I really wish I can give it a -0 every time I order from here it’s an issue my Food either get canceled or never delivered or cold . First time I had to get a refund whoever I spoke to. He was great. Got a refund processed the same exact night my money went right right to my car did it earlier this year and our fake snowstorm I had to go through my bank to dispute it because the so-called manager claim she did a refund and I never received a refund in my bank never received a refund from them. The manager is delusional as hell.

Worst meal I ever had. Ordered pan crust got thin. It also tasted and looked old. Did not have all the ingredients on it. Cheese sticks also looked and tasted old. I gave no stars. Will never order from them again.

I had a very disappointing experience during the evening shift. The cashier was extremely rude and told about ten customers that none of our orders had been started and that the expected wait time was at least 30 minutes. The attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.
This was surprising because earlier in the day, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve been picking up DoorDash orders here all day with no issues, but the experience completely changed once it got dark. I do not recommend visiting during the evening shift. I plan to speak with a manager from the day shift regarding this experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my food at 2:55pm 12/4. I got a call from an unknown number at 3:27 stating that she has my number on the receipt and she was trying to get in touch with Pizza Hut. I’m like well if you’re delivering my food this the right number she began to explain they gave her my food and she is on her way back up there. I’m like okay let me call. I called I spoke to a lady letting her know somebody called me saying they have my food which is the wrong food. Yall do yall know they sent me this to my house . I ordered delivery be a I’m at work and my kids needed a snack til I got off. I can’t even express how disturbing, unpleasant, & trifling this is. Then I call the store back they had no remorse and was like oh well we’ll just give you your money back! Please and thank you I swear I will never order nothing from them again! This should be illegal
