First time here. It was cheeseburger day and Five Guys was offering half off a cheeseburger through mobile/online order, so I figured, why not? Ordered an hour ahead for delayed pickup. Went to get grocery and was 15 minutes later for pickup. It’s nicely lit up inside. I had 4 orders, all the burgers were already in their bags. The girl at pickup section started frying my fries and make my milkshake after I confirmed my orders. All the buns were soggy by the time I got home, which was expected. I totally didn’t remember their regular burger comes with two patties. The patties were very juicy. I can only assume the veggies were fresh because they were all soggy and cooked by the time I opened the tin foils. The regular fries were kind of too salty for me. The Cajun fries were very spicy and not too salty so I like that. Got a Reese’s milkshake, it’s not very sweet so it’s nice but didn’t really have a strong peanut or chocolate taste to it either. The root beer from the fountain machine were not flat and taste like how root beer should taste so that’s very nice.

Five guys recently opened across from us, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the “little” burgers which were huge! I love that they gave add ons for free. The regular order of fries was another huge serving. I got the Cajun seasoning on the side as my husband doesn’t care for it. They did make a mistake on his burger, but they quickly made him a new one. They have the Coca-Cola soda machines, so your options are endless. I highly recommend the Ginger Lime Diet Coke. Five Guys is a little pricey when you think burger and fries, but the portions are massive and the food is made fresh. You can’t beat that.
The restroom was clean, as was the restaurant itself. The A/C was set a little too cold

First time at this Five Guys. I’m glad they are in Poinciana. Don’t have to go into town anymore. They greeted me, and asked me if I wanted one burger patty or two. Got the bacon cheeseburger. Then later never added grilled onions on the receipt, but I mentioned it to the cashier and they added. Also, your fries are the best. Love the fries. #1 hands down. I’ll be back soon.

Need to do some more training … fries halfway done.. food just not the same as when they first open.. cashier was very nice and polite But crew that was there when they first opened was on point your fries was fresh. The food is over priced. Its not even quality. The seasoned fries are nasty the burger arent good at all. The only thing good about this place is the customer service and the set up of the store other then that the food isnt worth the price. Mcdonald quarter pounder taste better…

My son ordered online then drove 20+ minutes to pick it up. When he got there, the food wasn’t ready and they made him wait another 15 minutes. Then they only gave him half the order. He should have checked but they should have as well. Then he called to let them know the issue and they put him on hold then hung up on him. Then they kept the phone off the hook so he couldn’t call back.
Absolute trash service and the french fries were so salted up they number our mouths and we couldn’t finish eating them. Never ordering from or coming here again.

Did a mobile order for pick up and wow the food was delicious and ready when I got there. The only thing we waited on were the milkshakes and I love that they were made to order. I got the grilled cheese with tomato and grilled mushrooms and chef’s kiss. I know my family will definitely be coming back.

I was at the Hospital Down the street..Was so excited there was a Five Guy in Poinciana.. Sadly my Order was Nasty….When I walked in they took my order immediately. Perfect! Now my food on the other hand was horrible.. My burger was made 5 to 7 minutes before my fries.. Soggy and nasty.. Fries were cold.. So many workers but so unorganized!! Won’t come back!
