Of the Duncan locations I go to this one’s my favorite the people are very friendly. In the hour I go the service is quick because there’s nobody there at 6:00 in the morning. My ongoing complaint with the whole chain is their donuts taste like they were frozen and defrosted. And when I was younger they used to make their donuts fresh and they were a lot better.

The posted closing time says 8:00 PM, but I went at 7:30 PM and the place was already closed. Lights were off and everything looked shut down. If the business states they close at 8, customers should be able to rely on that. Very disappointing to show up and find it closed earlier than advertised

Entered the lobby. No greeting. Ordered from kiosk. After ordering I sat to wait. Was told in Cuban your Robert, here. That’s it. I was in and out and the food was delicious. Very clean place. I just wish there was more customer service.

The priority is clearly the drive thru. 3 employees inside, 1 cleaning and 2 by the window attending the drive thru only which was not that busy. 4 customers inside, but no one to talk to the them waiting on the line. Self check out but useless because they would ask you to detail the order. That’s a mess

This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and the customer service just keeps getting worse. The staff’s attitude is consistently rude and unprofessional, as if helping customers is an inconvenience to them. It’s honestly baffling how they manage to make every interaction so unpleasant. I used to enjoy Dunkin’, but this location is making me think twice about coming back. Clearly, good service is not a priority here.
