The service was friendly and the food came out relatively fast. The portion size is generous but I wouldn’t call the food very authentic. The sauce was extremely sweet. The bathroom was not very clean. Overall, it is a decent place but don’t expect food as authentic as at some other Vietnamese restaurants.

I am craving beef Pho, and this place opens all day until 0830 pm, so we pick this place. Service is quick. Food is delicious. Portion is generous ☺️. Meat is super. Need more vegetables for me in the Pho. Delicious Pho.

Pho Phi was super good. The flavors were delicious. We had lots of chicken in our 2 chicken dishes, but there was only 5 pieces of shrimp in our 2 shrimp bowls. We really enjoyed our meal, the restaurant was clean and they were quick getting the food out.

Super Yummy! I took my daughter here for dinner and it was delicious. We ordered one shrimp and one pork fresh spring roll, peach milk tea, Pho Tai (eye-round) steak. My daughter got the regular and I asked for the spicy. The price was okay. A little high but that’s okay. The staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. I wish they had real Boba. We will definitely be returning.

I love this place and have come to eat here probably 20 times but the last few times I have gone the dinning area has been a mess. Floors dirty, tables not cleared or wiped down. I almost left this last time, I was there with only one other table at 3:30pm (off time) and 3 teenagers workers just standing around talking while the dinning area was a mess. When I finished with food they started to pick up some but over all not sure I will return.. please fix this so I can come back for a quick lunch or dinner without worry that things are not clean.

Everything is good minus the meat portion sizes. It was too little for the bowl size in my opinion. The broth was really good. The ingredients seemed very fresh. They were also fast, service wise. Just need more meat and they’re a five star place.

The pork and eggroll vermicelli was pretty good and also had more than enough pork.
Their Taro Milk tea was a nice treat and the perfect sweetness. Service was quick and the employees werr pleasant and had knowledge of all items I asked about on the menu.The prices were reasonable.
This is a spot I would stop at anytime I pass through Louisville.

My mom and I love this place! Before I moved out, we would go once a week and make it a girls day. I always get the pho with some assortment of beef (depends on my mood), she gets the shrimp fried rice, and we both get some shrimp spring rolls to share. Sometimes we get the Boba as well. It’s good, but nothing fancy. I enjoy the strawberry milk with one of the popping bobas and my mom loves the taro one with popping boba.
I found this place when I came home from college and needed a replacement from my old pho and boba place. This one is great, but not the best I’ve ever had. Service is quick and the food is good. I’ve tried others in town but prefer Pho Phi over most of them due to ease of parking, distance from my house, and convenience.
