I have been here at this Arby’s a couple of times in my life, because I live close to it , and I know they always try to make good to great food. But as of today, I’m kind of disappointed with my crispy chicken sandwich that I found a plastic underneath it. The Employees need to do better next time, when cooking and making their food.
Could have gave it 4 Stars, but with this plastic, I found in my sandwich. I started it to bump it down at to 3 Instead.

Came in at lunch time ordered a number 13 with regular crinkle cut fries.. took 20+ minutes to get my food, other customers who ordered before me where still waiting on food some almost 30 mins in the lobby! Ice machine had no ice, poured DP and it was flat, dumped DP and poured coke and it was flat! The workers here seem lost there is no communication and the cooks don’t even know what’s been made or what’s needed and they’re the ones making the food.. awful service!

Was 3 of 4 orders parked at the same time. Yet while being parked and waiting for my order employees had time to come outside stand directly at the entry and have a smoke while another employee walked my order directly through their smoking habit. No professionalism at all. If you smoke that’s fine don’t do it at the entry to your location and don’t take a customers product through it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered a side of macaroni and cheese in the drive through. When I got my order, I checked everything and noticed that the mac and cheese didn’t even fill the container 1/4 full! Its almost 4 bucks! I took it back in and showed the employee how empty the container was and the lady (Kortney?)was SOOOOOO hateful and rude!!!! She huffed and puffed and threw a temper tantrum, and didn’t even look at me when she handed my replacement mac and cheese to me! I initially walked in smiling and was nice when I was explaining what was wrong! I didn’t deserve to be treated that way! That and the floor was so dirty and sticky my shoes stuck to it!

The guy was on his phone I stood there waiting to order, another worker pointed and said “you have a customer” he continued to scroll on his phone. I finally put my order in.
The fries were not even full.
They were cold. The sandwiches were also cold not fresh. No sauce in the bag, and no napkins knowing it was a TOGO ORDER.
Worst customer service and not good food at all. Wasted my lunch on that …

I’ve had horrible experiences at this location this is my second unsatisfactory experience that is worth reaching out to someone about. First off the Google page indicated that this location was open for dining and drive thru. This was not true the locations lobby was closed… for what reason I’m unsure of no reason was given. It took nearly 30 minutes to recieve my order, definitely not fast food standard. But also why when I finally approach the window I see an associate walk around and grab a my order that is next to a cleaning caddy. In this caddy you can visibly see chemicals sitting on a counter next to food being served to customers. Additionally they shorted me two sandwiches…. avoid this location if possible the Sheridan location seems to have their game together.

You get to the point where being understanding and keeping your temper falls on deaf ears. Constant remaking orders every time you purchase, costing time and ultimately choosing not to order from this establishment due to not being reliable.

Literally looks and tastes like it came from a microwave (classic Beef and cheddar), bun was soggy, meat was like warm at best. curly fries were ok, lemonade was good.
Arbys are failing all across America and this is why, you may “Have the meats” but no one wants half cooked meat. I would not recommend this to anyone

Terrible attitudes, asked for fresh fries so they took old fries and dropped them again, its clear that its old. Sandwich is cold, definitely won’t be going back. Pick another location.
