Great place to taste the authentic Mexican flavor of Pork Carnitas. Never misses the touch on the flavor. Been here more than 10 times. Yes they open at 8 am. Please be mindful they do sell fast and tend to have a wait time. Good food often sell fast even before noon.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic “carnitas” in the area. The meat was tender and well seasoned. Also the salsas that accompanied have great flavor and spice. Only complaint is we wish it came with more salsa. Other than that, great meal and I will definitely come back in the future.
