I found Firehouse subs to be one of the best restaurants to get your sub on. It is very clean. The workers were hard working and very friendly (even in a dinner rush!). The subs are amazing and well loaded. I would recommend to anyone. They are on fire, get out the water hose

First of all, shout out to the crew that was working at 4:10 PM! Some of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen! I had a pick up order and they were quick and attentive. The food was fresh, delicious, and totally worth every dollar. The New York Steamer was incredible and the Engineer was equally as good! I bought my dog a sandwich and she absolutely loved the turkey. Will definitely be back! Excellent workers! Friendly service, efficient, and some of the best food in London, KY!

New place, nice people, and fast service. Got 2 subs in 5 minutes inside, and they had a busy drive-thru. Unique subs. I’ll get mine without dressings next time. My Italian Sub was very sweet. And they put deli mustard on them unless you ask them not to.

Twice I’ve been there in London Ky. Opening day it took 55 minutes to get me order, they took care of drove through first, 2nd Feb 16, took 12 minutes to I get order, they forgot the fries… said they would bring fries out, they did after I had eaten my sandwich… saw no urgency in filling orders… I believe lack of training and poor management skills. I enjoy the food… but won’t return until they get serious about taking care of drive through over inside customers …. Turns out the fry machine was out of fries…. Whomever was on fries was negligent about projection

This was my first time trying Firehouse subs, ever. The workers were busy but still took time to be polite and ensure the order was correct. The subs are tasty and the servings are great for the price. I try not to eat on the run, but this was a solid choice.
