I cannot recommend this catering company enough. They provided the food and service for a loved one’s funeral, and everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and compassion during a very difficult time for our family. very special thank you to Isabel, who helped me with absolutely everything from start to finish. Really love this restaurant it’s a little mom and pop stop. Family oriented, everyone is friendly there the portions of food for the price are great. The enchiladas my favorite thing to eat there, they are filled with flavor , have the perfect amount of sauce and cheese. The tacos are good size too. It’s a good open space.

Later they catered my brother in laws birthday party where I met Hugo and his wife. They are 2 very nice people and his family as well that attended us earlier.

The tacos here are great. They are the only people in town using real breakfast sausage and not something precooked from what I’ve tried. There can be a language barrier there sometimes but that’s how you know its going to be good

We are locals and were repeatedly overcharged by same older woman who (we think) is part owner. We were finally overcharged one too many times and just stopped ever going there. If they close down, it will be because they lost customers from overcharging and being too tight in meal prep (using bacon “essence” rather than actual bacon).

Food was decent, but what got me, was that, I came in and sat down, for a few minutes and noticed it was warm in the restaurant. I then asked the young waitress, if she could turn on the A/C window unit, because it was hot. She politely did it, and it was starting to get comfortable when an elderly waitress came by and turned the A/C way up to 76°F, where it would not turn on at all. It’s been a long, hard day. I didn’t expect to eat, in the heat, of a restaurant, please do better, by your customers.

Place was dead and I was wondering why. The trips I got were like chewing on dirt so much crunching in every bite. The service was a bit sarcastic and the lady sitting down didn’t even get up to help cause she was on the phone. The young woman that helped me did know much at all. Waste of money and time. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!!

Food was about average I wasn’t too terribly impressed. I didn’t like them getting the ice out of the cooler which is sits on a chair right by the register that this made no sense to me whatsoever and not using gloves when they get the ice. The other thing that bothered me if I go in there I get it to go because the farmers is the Gathering Place and then get the table right next to the register when there’s plenty of tables and they sit there with her foul language and they talk about just disgusting stuff because of the animal raising and whatever and I took offense and I said something to one of the managers…he heard what I heard and did nothing…

Love this mom and pop place when im in the mood for Mexican food. By far the best breakfast tacos in Orange Grove. The prices are very reasonable and I enjoy having a fully dressed ice cold Corona w salt and lemon lime occasionally when we dine there in evenings. I highly recommend this taqueria over the others , at least for here locally in Orange Grove,
