Visited Spice Bar over the weekend, real pop up interiors gives you a very warm and welcoming ambience.
Tried their kebabs, not spicy but very high on flavors. A pleasant surprise are their chicken rolls loaded with flavors, crunch and protein. Must Try!!!
Very good curries, you can mix n match to your liking… Keep up good work!

The owner made the Puri for us while we waited..I ordered the veg biryani and it was delish..and had a kick to it!! My husband had the chicken Nawabi..it needed to have more of the delicious Indian spices..the Naan was a bit overcooked..but we enjoyed it anyway…but the Puri..now that was worth the wait!! The atmosphere of the Spice was very modern for an Indian eatery…one you would see in Mumbai…so I hope she does well..and iron out the little things that need to be. Go try it!!! The Mango Lassi is absolutely delicious!!!!

I went to Spice bar two weeks back for dinner. The look and feel of the place is welcoming, the concept is nice and it’s spacious unlike many India restaurants which have tables so close that it becomes difficult to walk. Coming to food, I ordered a combo, which is basically you choose a curry, protein, salad and rice/Nan. My wife ordered a chicken dish along with Rajma which as part of the same order. Rajma seemed like was cooked few days ago. The curry I got was hot but the chicken in was dry and warm. The Nan was not heated at all. When I told the owner, she was kind enough to give me another Nan and gave us a 15% discount on the bill. Also tried Mango lassi, which was very very thick and just imagine trying to drink it using a paper straw. I am not sure if if only happened with me or that’s the way, I had to go to the counter to get the bill and pay. Overall a bar experience.

Great service! Very poor food quality. Very unfortunate.
Four pieces of chicken
Undercooked rice
Tandoori “salad” that tasted mostly of onions
Sweet lassi that tasted like Danimals yogurt in a cup
Store needs to cook chicken in the curry, provide bigger portions, and rework their salad recipe
Probably won’t come back. 🙁
UPDATE 8/23/19:
Owner comment was nice at first and now it says my review is “Frivolous”?
My pictures don’t lie. Enjoy your closing in a few weeks when no one buys your food. Choose kindness instead.
Response to owner 9/4/19:
I asked for no cilantro. That’s it. There was no “deliberate damage” to the food. I was even being nice not mentioning the dozens of fruit flies around your trash cans, but no more.

Delicious! Came with my husband the first time and now, in less than a week, I’m back with my son this time. Both loved it and said I needed to write a good review. So here it is. This place seems to be midway between fast food and sit down restaurant. Only 3 weeks old. Very nice owner working behind the counter. We’re vegetarians and tried all 3 of their curries with paneer. We eat a lot of Indian food and their curries are to die for, so yummy. Not sure why some people are giving one’s. Seems a little pettiness going on

Delicious, fresh, and flavorful Indian food! Different protein/sauce options to pick and choose to make your meal. Very kind brother and sister owners… even held our 10-month old daughter while we enjoyed the food. So excited to have an Indian option around us, will definitely be back!

Yea, as expected the 5 star reviewers have written 1 review each…real surprise there.
If you have taste buds, avoid this place. 0 flavor, 0 taste. Owner seems to be a very nice person with good service though, 5/5 for service, that’s the only thing to account for 1/5 overall rating, otherwise this is a 0/5.
Seriously, if you like the taste of cardboard, this is the place for you – regardless of if you are Indian/Pakistani or not.

Went there this past weekend with friends we all loved the food, such a burst of flavor. I had Nawabi curry was very yummy not too spicy but they were happy to add extra green chillies upon request. My friends had the other curries and also enjoyed their dish. We got biryani for the kids we all left full and happy. The mango lassi was refreshing. They were preparing for their Navratri special and let us try the Pani puri was amazing. Very pleasant service.

Very good for the price. Not a lot of options but great for lunch. My husband and I were planning on eating next door but I remembered this place from last time. I had 1 chicken kebab with vegetables, tandoori salad, naan and makhani curry moderately spiced. Hubby had the nawabi curry with chicken combo as well. He liked it, but thought the cashews were missing. Service was great. It was empty but an odd time of day.
