I absolutely love this place! The food is reasonably priced for very large portions and everything I’ve tried has been so tasty. I personally love how many options they have for combination plates so you get to try a few things in one order! The staff is very kind and attentive. The chips and salsa are super fresh and delicious.

Verdict
Viva La Fiesta is a strong choice if you’re looking for satisfying, authentic Mexican cuisine with friendly service and great value. It’s especially appealing for casual meals with friends or family. While it may not yet compete with upscale dining in ambiance, it delivers reliably in taste and portion.

The dining area is spacious, and the owner, Hector, is friendly. The food portions are generous, the salsa is tasty, and the meals are delicious. The Arroz con Pollo was juicy and flavorful, and the Carnitas were cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. We plan to return soon.

Incredible service, staff was super friendly. Warm, inviting atmosphere, very authentic and tasty food options. We tried the wet bean and cheese burrito with guacamole and it was beautifully presented, larger than expected, and tasted mouth watering. We also tried the grilled chicken salad with the avocado cilantro dressing. Ask for the dressing on the side, they gave a generous portion of dressing. Lastly, we tried the shrimp ceviche. It’s not salty, this one was very light, fresh tasting, and seasoned just perfectly!

Give this place a try, they do not disappoint! Shout out to the friendly, smiling hostess who sat us and to our server Angelica, who was friendly and a true professional.

Love the food, just like Abuela makes, home cooking and huge plates. Excellent service. They have TV but you cannot hear them. The only thing is the music is too loud while we eat, hard to have a conversation.

Good Mexican food at an affordable price in the valley… IT EXISTS

Atmosphere: Big restaurant with plenty of tables, standard mexican decor. Nothing special but nothing overly offensive either. Restaurant was busy and everyone seemed to be having a great time.

Food:

Chips & Salsa – served when you are seated. First batch of chips wasn’t the best and the salsa is pretty flavorless they serve with.. Honestly more of a pico then salsa. The second batch we got was HOT and we asked for one of their other salsas, that’s the way to go here.

2 tacos Combo – Hard shell or soft tacos with choice of chicken or beef. Includes lettuce, tomato, mixed cheese and taco sauce. We both got one shredded chicken and one shredded beef with rice and beans. I have to say these are some of the most flavorful tacos I have had in a long time.

The chicken was my favorite with a light crisp to the shell and the meat itself on the edges and amazing crisp as well.

The shredded beef was bursting with flavor, honestly this rivals Sol Y Luna and its $5 cheaper without the crazy wait.

Rice & Beans – pretty standard here doesn’t hurt or really help the meal it’s just kinda necessary.

Huge menu plenty of drinks and food to order.

Sauce Tip: They actually have multiple salsas just ask. I liked the spicy which wasn’t that spicy and the verde was also really good. There was a unique one i wasn’t sure about but i think it was avocado salsa that had a kind of wasabi texture now that was a big spicy.

Price:
Around $11-15 and portion size is huge.

Parking:
plenty of parking in the lot outside.

Service:
The absolute nicest waitress. Came over multiple times and was just a joy to speak with

Im extremely happy we took a chance on this place and the family and I will be back soon!

First time here, we were kind of reluctant since there was absolutely nobody in the place but figured we’d give them a chance. I guess we got there at a great time! Soon as we started ordering, people started coming in left and right. Hubby orderd the Shredded Beef Enchilada with Chile Relleno +2 Taquitos (he must have been hungry! lol) and I got the Chicken Tortilla Bowl. Our total bill for the order was $22. We were pleased with the food. Will be back again.

Friendly welcoming and service! I had combo meal with enchilada, taco and chili relleno. The taco shell was a little burnt and was meaty. My wife had combo meal with 2 chicken enchiladas, beans & rice and enjoyed it. My daughter had 2 flatus with beans and rice. My son had kids meal with cheese quesadilla and French fries. The beans on the combo meals were runny. The enchilada sauce was thick more like mole sauce.,My wife and daughter each had a wine based margarita and my son and I had a soda. The server was attentive keeping drinks refilled.
